The amenities are amazing, everything is very clean, and the communication with Zenija was very friendly and pleasant. We highly recommend it and have nothing to complain about! The villa is stunning! The house and the territory is beautiful and you have everything you need in there! There were even bicycles for us! All the recommendations we‘ve got from the host were great (from restaurants, to wineries and truffle hunting). The host was very friendly, always responding quickly! Thank you so much for amazing vacations!

The house is located in the heart of the hilltop villages and has a superb view of Groznjan. The terrace and interior space of the house are spacious and tastefully decorated. Dragana is an attentive and responsive host to questions.

Great location, fantastic view and lovely pool & facilities

Had a wonderful holiday! The house was perfect for us (2 families), everything you need is available, the kitchen is super equipped and especially the bedrooms are nicely furnished. There are extra bathrooms for the rooms in the upper floor. We especially enjoyed the pool very much. Ingrid was very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful time at Martina’s villa. Beautifully decorated, great layout of the villa, wonderful outside space (couldn’t get enough of the pool and BBQ!) clean, great communication, early check in, local recommendations- our stay was a perfect experience. Highly recommend.

Zenija was a really great host. She responds to messages super quickly and takes great care. Villa Paolo we were in was super nice and has enough space for 8 people. The equipment of the individual rooms was good and thoughtful. Only the kitchen was a little lean, but even there Zenija provided us with more utensils, great service on a Sunday.

We enjoyed our stay at Silvija's place very much, when we arrived we were welcomed with a cute gift basket, everything was super clean and nice. We were 5 couples, so Silvija managed that we got another part of the Villa so that every couple could sleep in a private room. thanks for that! the location of the villa is nice too, its about a 15min walk to the very center of the city of Umag, Konzum groceries is also nearby. there is a beach in walking distance too (right in front of the big hotel). a few more beaches are then in driving distance (about 15min) we would highly recommend going there on vaccation.

We enjoyed our stay in Ingrid's. The house is very nice, peaceful and clean. It has a very nice indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot top and steam room. However, the house lacks air conditioning in bedrooms so the sleeping at night was a struggle. Also the outdoor swimming pool is right next to the Tiny House which makes it awkward to use while they are guests in the Tiny House but having indoor pool meant that wasn't a problem for us.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Ana's spacious villa, and she and Rok were very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts. Although their house can fit many more, it still felt cosy and warm for our family of six (three generations). Location wise, it's the best of both worlds as you are in a quiet and peaceful farming village, yet only minutes from the motorway. We took daily sight-seeing trips around Slovenia and even to Venice from this convenient base. The home is clean and well-equipped, but please note there is an airer rather than a tumble drier as listed, although this wasn't a problem for us. We did dine at the local restaurant in the village, and would recommend it for delicious Slovenian food just a few minutes' walk from the villa. We highly recommend Ana's place as a base for exploring Slovenia and beyond!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa la Vinella. The house looked as good as the photos and was spotlessly clean. The sun terrace was nicely sheltered and the hot tub and sauna were a hit with all the family. The pool was a bit too cold to use, but not sure the heating was on. Gergana was a great host and very responsive to our messages and queries. Would definitely return. 5/5

A great place to stay, a family friendly place. Close to a number of wineries and "agro-toursimos".

We spent wonderful 12 days at Villa Vanessa. A house in which our dog is also welcome was particularly important to us. Overall, the place exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and very well equipped as described in the description. On the day of arrival, we were allowed to check in spontaneously as early as 12 o'clock. We were warmly welcomed and everything was explained to us in a perfect German. I'd love to come back!

A modern, well-equipped accommodation about 200 m from the sea. Within walking distance of 1-2 restaurants and a beach bar. Rooms, pool & terrace are as in the photos. There is a barbecue grill available. Towels are available in the bathroom as well as for the pool. Each room has its own bathroom & toilet. 1x baby bed is available, but during our stay no mattress, which you should bring with you, unless it has already been purchased by the landlord. 1x high chair available. Currently, there are construction sites around the house, where allegedly work may no longer be carried out from June 15. During our stay at the end of May, we unfortunately had extreme construction noise during the day 7:30 AM-4:00 PM. The access road is not yet paved, you drive a gravel road to the house. Basically, however, it would be a rather quiet location without street noise. Communication & check-in/out is very straightforward with a housekeeper who lives nearby. All in all a very nice place to stay for a large group or multiple families.

Beautiful house with everything you can possible think of! quiet location, but with a car ride of 2 min to the next village you have all the markets you need (supermarket, butcher, baker)! Communication between host, housekeeper and us was excellent! House and the whole property was super clean! Smaller issues were taken care of right away or were compensated! All in all, we had a lovely stay 😁 and we hope to be back one day!!!

We stayed at Villa Aromatica for 1 week and it was fantastic. Bernard and his parents are wonderful hosts and even prepared us a wonderful meal on our last evening with local wine. The Villa is 5 star with very comfortable beds and top quality facilities. The pool and outdoor kitchen are excellent. As a family we like to experience local culture and everyday we did day trips, never driving more than 1 hour. We actually had breakfast in Croatia, lunch in Slovenia and our evening meal in Italy one day. The scenary is breathtaking and the history is unrivaled. Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Motovun, Piran in Slovenia and Trieste in Italy were some of the places we visited. I would recommend Villa Aromatica anytime of year as it offers so much whatever the season.

We had a wonderful stay at David's. He was very friendly, the place is clean and quiet. The pool is lockable, which was absolutely brilliant for us with the two young children. So they could run everywhere and we didn't have to worry. The small playground was also a highlight next to the beautiful pool. We would definitely come back! Thank you so much for the wonderful time, Sandra, Alex the two grandmothers, the twins and the dogs :D

This was a great experience! We had spent a week on the Croatian Islands and wanted a different second half of a holiday, up in the mountains with good access to explore Istria. The house is very private, with spectacular views over Istria, a lovely pool and the sun shining on the front all day. The house itself is brand new, with all of the modern amenities you would need, really well designed with lots of nice touches. Big dining areas indoors and out and many different seating options, so you could be in/out of the sun and inside/outside of the house and be comfortable. The house is very well stocked with amenities, including everything you would need in the kitchen, loads of towels, bath and shower gels and the aircon and wifi are strong. Location is great, very close to the main highways so you can be anywhere in Istria, Rijeka, Opatija, Pula and Rovinj within 50 minutes. Kristina and Bob were excellent hosts, very communicative and fast to respond. A strong recommendation.

It's the best vacation so far! Mirjana's place was the perfect place for our family of 7. The location is superb and Mirjana is extremely knowledgeable about the area for local restaurants, family activities, breathtaking towns, etc. I highly recommend her place and we look forward to coming back soon.

Top place to stay - we felt at home from the first moment and would come back any time. The hosts thought of everything in the amenities, there was even salt/pepper, oils and vinegar as well as a really generous coffee supply. But even with dishes and cooking utensils, there was nothing. There were also plenty of towels, sunscreen and gel spray several times. The location is really fantastic - a small supermarket (including cafe) is within walking distance and has a well-stocked assortment & always fresh bread. Even larger supermarkets are only about 10 minutes by car. During our holiday week, it had over 30 degrees throughout and the existing air conditioning cooled more than enough if needed.

We were 2 families, 4 & 6 people. The house is perfect for this as it has 2 separate living units. We were warmly welcomed. There was a delicious homemade cake in the house as well as fresh fruit for us. The house was very clean and had everything you need. The children had a lot of fun in the pool. The covered terrace with an outside kitchen even has a small refrigerator and was perfect so we could all eat together. In the village itself there are very good restaurants and a grocery store with its own bakery and butcher. And you can quickly reach the beach in Porec by car. I was very positively surprised when a delicious home-baked cake was personally brought to me for my birthday. All in all we had a very nice holiday!! Thank you!!
