Charming, very bright attic, completely renovated, located on the sixth floor with elevator of a prestigious building. The area is central, opposite the public garden, near the Rossetti theater and Viale XX Settembre, a large pedestrian boulevard with many bars, restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream shops. In about a 15-minute walk you can reach Piazza Unità, if you prefer to use public transport, in front of the building there is the stop for lines 6 to Miramare and 9 to the city's seafront.

Fully equipped, it is ideal for 2 guests, but also comfortable for 4, it has a large open-plan kitchen with a small terrace, a living area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower. Thanks to the central location of this accommodation, you can walk to all the local attractions.
