Monthly Rentals in Muddiford

The property is at the top of a long hillside village and the setting is wonderful with views over the estuary - you can see what the tide is doing. There’s a sunny patio area set in larger gardens. It’s more spacious than most similar lets and is well equipped and very comfortable. Liz and Andy were so friendly and offered help and suggestions but were never intrusive. We’d recommend and may well return.

A private little haven, but close to town to not be a hassle to go to the shops.Dog friendly. Kitchen was well equipped. Will def go back.

We had a fabulous stay with Glenn and Lisa over the weekend! They messaged us before arriving to make sure we got there okay and were waiting for us on arrival. Both hosts were very friendly and hospitable. Glenn gave us a tour of the place when we arrived, everything was immaculate, even better than we expected. We had Prosecco and chocolates waiting for us which was a lovely touch, and milk and ice in the fridge. Glenn and Lisa have thought of every detail of the stay with dry robes and outdoor heaters available for when it gets colder later in the evening. They would also fill and heat the hot bath whilst we were gone so it was ready for when we got back and offered to pop out for us if we needed anything. Our stay was great and we look forward to coming back soon!

We had an amazing stay at the chicken pod. It is such a lovely location very private and a beautiful view right outside your doorstep. It was lovely to hear all the birds every morning also to be greeted by the dogs and cats every morning but make sure you keep your shoes inside because gus does love a shoe or two 😂. Angela was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area as soon as we arrived and it was also really nice to be shown around the farm and see all the baby sheep’s and cows. I would highly recommend! Thanks a lot guys 😊
