Die stilvoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im Künstlerviertel Giebichenstein unweit der Saale und des Hallenser Zoos.

Spend great evenings cooking or relax in the bathtub with a view of the starry sky. A bedroom with a double bed (1.40m) and a sofa bed (1.40m) as well as a sofa bed (1.30m) in the living room offer the opportunity to stay overnight for up to 5 people. Shopping, train station (900 m) are within walking distance, as is the city center. Close to snack bars, tram stop and 24-hour gas station. Lake Hufeisen with a golf course invites you to swim, walk, relax and golfing. It can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.

Internet: 50 megas download, 10 megas upload. Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

The apartment (58 m²) is centrally located and is on the 3rd floor of a listed house. It consists of a bedroom, separate living room, kitchen and bathroom. A small roof terrace is accessible to athletic guests via the bathroom window. The apartment is individually, stylishly and functionally furnished. Bicycles can be stored if necessary. Naumburg Cathedral and the market square are within a 5-minute walk.

At the very top of our listed Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared the Eagle's Nest for you. The small guest apartment with ❄️air conditioning❄️, bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge comprises the entire 4th floor. Towels and bedding are provided. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.
