We had a wonderful stay at this charming, antique-style house! The place is beautifully decorated and full of character, making it a unique and cozy experience. Irma is an absolutely amazing host , so warm, friendly, and helpful. She even brought us fresh homemade hachapuri, which was incredibly delicious and such a kind gesture. Irma went above and beyond to help us, even meeting us to guide us to the house and helping with our luggage. The home had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is impressively equipped—easily set up to host 10 guests at once! The location is perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Appartement totalement fidèle à l’annonce. Giorgi est très réactif. Les instructions étaient très claires et ont facilités notre arrivée à l’appartement. L’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire et bien plus encore avec le lave vaisselle et le lave linge. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement. L’appartement est cosy et bien équipé. La literie est très satisfaisante. Il y fait bien chaud, on s’y sent comme à la maison. L’appartement donne sur un axe de communication important, si vous avez le sommeil léger cela pourrait être un inconvénient ce qui n’était pas notre cas. Au pied de la porte d’entrée de la résidence se trouve un magasin carrefour ce qui est très confortable au quotidien ainsi qu’une banque pouvant faire du change si besoin. Je recommande fortement. A coup sûr si nous revenons à Tbilissi c’est chez Giorgi que nous logerons à nouveau. Merci beaucoup!!

Beautiful home, amazing host and prime location is what could sum up our stay. Nino has been such a lovely person, very responsive, and she was kind to allow us to do an early check in due to our flight schedule. The house is cozy, and felt right at home. Nino and her husband were always available for any help we needed. If I get a chance to visit Tbilisi, this will be my stay. The house is equipped with all the amenities, and brilliant interiors. It is walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. A clear 10/10 and highly recommended. Thank you Nino, for hosting us, and making our stay memorable.

stayed at cosey home for a week,felt right at home. the place matched the pictures. it was really clean and warm inside, and the host was super responsive. I could not charge my phone so she got her mom who leaves nearby bring me a 3-point outlet. thank you Shorena

This place is absolutely lovely with a great view of the entire old city and Mother of Georgia right above you. It feels at home, very well equipped and warm. Well placed. Oto is very responsive and resolved every little request of ours within minutes if not seconds. I highly recommend this place to all. However, one word of caution, we were traveling with some older people aged 75+ and not in great fitness, so it was a little challenging for us to reach the slope up and walk up with several heavy bags. Taxis sometimes don’t show up till the door and it’s a steep walk down. Ensure you are packed light and are with a fit group to enjoy this place better. However, to our surprise, when discussed with Oto, he was very kind to request his neighbor to help us with bags during checkout. So it worked out very well at the end.

Strongly recommended. Its one of the BEST place u can find in Tiblis. 5 min walk from Marjanishvili metro station and very close to everything u need. clean , cozy , quiet with a very nice responsive Host.

A top notch Airbnb experience. The apartment and neighborhood were both so charming. Tamar was super communicative and pleasant. Our stay was a highlight of our visit to Georgia.

As a solo traveller this Airbnb was perfect! It had everything I needed, it’s very central in Old Tbilisi, was very clean, and an easy check in. You do have quite the climb to get to it, so keep that in mind when booking.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tbilisi! We were there for 4 days. The property is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The view is breathtaking, and the amenities were perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. It truly felt like a home away from home. The owner was also incredibly helpful, communicated well, and was very accommodating to our requests. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Tbilisi!

L'appartamento è veramente perfetto, straordinario, dotato di ogni comodità e servizio che uno possa chiedere. La proprietaria risponde in pochi minuti a ogni richiesta in modo chiaro e accogliente. Essere a Tiblisi in quella posizione ha facilitato tutto, e la bellezza e la posizione dell'appartamento hanno reso il soggiorno oltremodo piacevole.

Konstantine's apartment was overall very good. It’s centrally located in Tbilisi, very quiet, and exceptionally clean. The apartment is on the 5th floor, which might be challenging for some. The mattresses could be improved, as some were too hard or too soft. The shower upstairs is quite limited in height due to the sloped ceiling, which might be an issue depending on the number of guests. We opted to use the downstairs shower instead. Otherwise, everything was fine, and we had an enjoyable stay.

Our flight landed at 03:55 in the morning, and even though the check-in time was 14:00, Mariam did us a huge favor by having the house cleaned and ready for us. After a long overnight flight, it felt amazing to arrive and relax. All the kitchen and bathroom essentials mentioned were available in the house. We stayed as two families—7 adults and 2 children in total. The house was very spacious and airy, so everyone felt comfortable. The terrace and the view were fantastic. Luckily, the weather was great, and we spent most of our time on the terrace. The kids loved the party room. Having internet and Netflix in the house was especially great for the children. Mariam was always reachable and helped us with everything. She was truly an excellent host.

It’s very nice and cozy place to stay in Tbilisi. Can definitely recommend as for long, the same for short term stay. Apartment has everything in it for comfortable stay and located in central part of the city with everything you need around.

Paul's place is really beautifully done. It's nice and bright, high ceilings and big windows, and the terrace is really wonderful. Ideal for a coffee and a croissant (or a cocktail). There are fab restaurants and shops nearby, and a really good gelateria. The neighbourhood is quite upmarket, and feels very safe. One thing I will say for first-time visitors is that the entrance and hallway doesn't seem very welcoming. But it turns out this is the case in many buildings in Tbilisi, due to historical reasons. The apartment itself is a gem 💎
