We had a wonderful one-week stay at Khati’s place in Tbilisi! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated just like in the photos. The kitchen was a real highlight: huge, well-equipped, and perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking. There were plenty of utensils, pots, and everything else we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, with a lovely yard that’s perfect for pets. Bonnie, the yard dog, was such a sweet companion and made the place feel even more welcoming. The overall vibe of the home was cozy and aesthetic, and we felt comfortable right away. A few small things could be improved — better ventilation, newer AC and TV, and we really missed having a full-length mirror. A bit more lighting and some basic cleaning supplies would’ve been nice too. But these were minor compared to how much we enjoyed our stay. Would happily stay again!

The apartment fully corresponds with the description, clean, cozy and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hostess of the apartment was always in touch. Wi-Fi is stable, the equipment works without failures. Great for both short and longer trips. Tea, once again we express our gratitude for your hospitality, kindness and care!❤️

The location is absolutely wonderful right next to this busy street that filled with cafes and restaurants! The mother greeted us with smiles and love! Really enjoyed our stay here

The most helpful landlady ever! She helped us organise a surprise birthday party. She came home before us and prepared the cake and balloons and everything!! The view is also amazing in the balcony. We are super greatful for everything

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

Very nice apartment. Our apartment was exactly what was described. It was clean and Mari was a great host. Very responsive and helped with any queries I had. Location was perfect and access to lots of walkable surroundings. Great view also. Will look forward to booking again!

I loved it so much, I had to extend! Roman and Sarah made it incredibly easy. The space continued to feel like a home away from home, and their communication was excellent throughout. Truly grateful for such thoughtful hosts.

This was the second time we stayed at Lia's place (first in November 2024) and same as first time everything was great. Very cozy apartment, all spaces very clean, clean bedsheets and duvets and extra towel for us to use without we even ask for it. We hwve left a small decoration on her swing last time and we were happy to see it was still there this time. We also needed help with the boiler on the second night and despite it was late, Lia asked a friend of hers to come fix it. We really feel so grateful for her hospitality, for her neat and cozy apartment and for her help. We will definitely come back when we visit Tbilisi in the winter and we highly recommend everyone to stay in this apartment. 100% satisfied with everything and with all accurate information Lia gave us both times.

I really liked the place. Very clean, there is everything you need for your stay. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The street is quiet, near the subway, bus stop. Maya solves all issues promptly. If I'm in Tbilisi, I'll stay in this house. I recommend it.

Thank you! Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, and the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay — from a hairdryer to a washing machine. We arrived before 2 PM, but we were allowed to leave our luggage earlier, which we really appreciated. Thank you to the host for being accommodating. The host responded quickly to all our questions. The apartment was very cozy. The location is very convenient — just 3 minutes from the main street, yet in a quiet area. We were very satisfied with our stay.
