Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Mtskheta

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house is perfect for a family reunion or a big group. Each bedroom has a bathroom with the shower, everyone had privacy and we were very comfortable! Communal areas are spacious and inviting. We loved having a garden and a grill! I can only imagine how beautiful it gets in the summer! Kitchen had everything we needed for a stay and we ate most meals at home. There are many grocery stores near by and we found a great restaurant close by (Rtveli). The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, we rode taxis anywhere we wanted to go, taxis were quick and cheap. I’m glad we traded proximity to old town for the comfort this home provided. Now the hosts were the most kind, welcoming and accommodating people. They walked us through the house, made sure we had everything we needed, provided many recommendations and answered all our questions before and during our stay. They responded to us very quickly. We were so thankful.

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

Perfect place in the center of Tbilisi!

This place is absolutely lovely with a great view of the entire old city and Mother of Georgia right above you. It feels at home, very well equipped and warm. Well placed. Oto is very responsive and resolved every little request of ours within minutes if not seconds. I highly recommend this place to all. However, one word of caution, we were traveling with some older people aged 75+ and not in great fitness, so it was a little challenging for us to reach the slope up and walk up with several heavy bags. Taxis sometimes don’t show up till the door and it’s a steep walk down. Ensure you are packed light and are with a fit group to enjoy this place better. However, to our surprise, when discussed with Oto, he was very kind to request his neighbor to help us with bags during checkout. So it worked out very well at the end.

We only stayed here for the one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. It was a great location, easy to walk into the main part of the city. Very clean and very cosy. Would definitely recommend!

Location is amazing! Near is everything you need. It was very quiet at night time. Flat is cozy, clean and have all these small things like laundry gel, soap, scissors, different types of dishes, full-length mirror😍 and other stuff you need at home.

I was lucky enough to stay for a short time in a fabulous place! In an apartment created with love. With love for the country - conceptually you find yourself in a house of pre-revolutionary Tiflis. Attention to detail - the old parquet and beautiful wooden shutters with espagnolette are preserved and carefully restored here as in a museum, there are many old things, and near the tiled fireplace, in the evenings it is warm and cozy to drink tea with a churkhela, living a real journey in a time machine. With love for guests - despite the spirit of the times, the apartment has all modern amenities - a huge bed with a canopy, you probably don't have one at home, a beautiful set of dishes and all utensils, and a real miracle of the Old City - a bathtub! It is worth adding that all this is at your service practically on Rustaveli Avenue, within walking distance of all attractions - long walks can be alternated with comfortable rest! I definitely recommend treating yourself not just to a stay, but to a real adventure in this wonderful space

Mariams apartment is in a great location near Liberty Square and walkable to many main sights. The apartment is comfortable and very spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Chemia Studio over Easter and we are thrilled😇 Very nicely furnished apartment that convinces with its character. The view from the dining table is amazing and has fascinated us every morning and evening. We noticed one night that we no longer have running water and wrote Mikha at a very late hour. He immediately informed us that it was a pipe break and the issue was resolved in the morning. Mikha is very easy to reach and extremely well informed, which we thought was great🙏🏼. Definitely recommend if you are looking for something special in Tbilisi😊

Our stay at Tamar’s apartment was wonderful! The place was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Tamar was an excellent host—very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

The villa exceeded all expectations. All rooms were immaculate and the wine cellar is a fantastic shared area to chill around the fire. There was plenty of space for our party of 11 and the facilities available are impeccable. Geno the host is fantastic and did everything he could to make our stay a success, nothing was too much trouble. He met us very early in the morning at the villa when we arrived to show us around, took us to the shop for supplies and advised throughout the trip on the best places to go and on the final day came to meet us with our luggage in the evening so we could have another day exploring. We really could not have asked for more. Fantastic experience, I would recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed in Qeta’s home for a month and had a wonderful experience. Not only is the home beautiful, modern and spacious, but Qeta was responsive to our question and extremely flexible with our schedule. I would stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

very good option for friends and big families that want private rooms and a pool! Joseph responded quick and brings anything that missing, even cleaning option available for that place and pool after a few days

Roomy house for 2 families. Not much immediately nearby, but great access to highways for trips into Tbilisi or to other parts of Georgia. Good points: Illiya was super friendly, responsive, and helpful. There is a refreshing swimming pool and a full-size snooker table. The house has plenty of extra space to lounge on couches or the balcony. Fresh apples and peaches from the trees. There are even 2 tortoises that live in the yard. Great views on the surrounding valleys. Negative points: The highway connections are confusing and not convenient for all destinations (but that seems to be a characteristics of all Georgian roads; not just this location). U-turns and strange detours are needed even for nearby destinations. We visited in mid-summer and it was cool enough that no A/C was needed, but there is noise from the highways when the windows are open.

From start to finish, Teona was a pleasure to work with. She was immediately responsive to every question, at any hour of the day or night. The house was lovely and exactly as described. We loved the en-suite bedrooms plus the extra downstairs powder room. The grandchildren enjoyed playing on the back terrace. The back kitchen was small but sweet. The perfect family getaway!
