It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.

The lake is next door crossing a field and you have the opportunity to swim and canoe that we provide. The house is very quiet and we would be happy to host you.
