Great place and great host! Recommend this place highly!

We loved the location. The place was very comfortable and they made every effort to take care of any need we had. It was a well stocked. I loved that they had a tea kettle and a rice cooker which I used often. I'm allergic to fragrances and appreciated even the little things like fragrance free lotion :) We would recommend it to our friends. We stayed there three weeks. The only thing we missed was not having an in unit laundry, but even then there was a laundromat close to there.

Jennifer’s guest house is extremely well designed and decorated. The place is extremely comfortable and looks like the pictures. The two hosts are very responsive as well.

We absolutely loved our week stay at this home in Old Town Arvada! It was walking distance to Old Town with lots of restaurants (dog friendly patios and a brewery too). The home was exactly as described and had everything we needed, including coffee and tea pods. The backyard was wonderful for our two goldens to run around, and having the back door to the yard right off from the master bedroom was a dream! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling through the area.

Stayed here for a week and couldn't have had a better experience. Holly and Marcus made sure to make us feel comfortable and welcomed by always communicating with us the whole trip for anything that we needed. Would definitely book this place again in the future when we come back to Superior, CO.

It was evident that they genuinely cared about their guests' experiences. Overall, my stay at Ari's was fantastic, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a clean, private, and friendly place to stay.

My three girlfriends and I very much enjoyed the two night stay at Deb's place. The views from the house, especially at sunrise and sunset, were spectacular. The beds were very comfortable, and the extra snacks she provided were great. Her dog was so friendly - he welcomed us every morning, but limited his visit so you wanted more of him! We hiked an easy trail at Staunton State Park and the fall color was beautiful! Thank you Deb!

Great spacious house with plenty of big bedrooms and living spaces! My second time at the house and will probably book again in the future. Highly recommend!
