House vacation rentals in Mount Vernon

Our second stay with our dog. We had a fantastic time, spent some time in the reading shed (what a gem), had coffee on both decks, thre the ball in the yard, read a book, used the massage bed, just relaxed… it was so peaceful. We’ll be back 😍

Uniquely stunning setting, even better than my expectations. The bedroom was incredible—the most gorgeous windows, huge cozy beds, plus a very fun dvd collection. Had everything we needed to make meals, and we loved seeing all the wildlife while sitting on the deck.

Peaceful, well equipped home with an insane view! We couldn't believe how beautiful the waterfront view was, even when it was raining. Very quick drive to Deception Pass nearby for the thrilling bridge walk and some nice walks. Easy check in and comfortable, clean space. We loved our stay here.

A beautiful cottage by the sea, with great styling and all the amenities you could ask for, all cleverly hidden away. We opened the door to a beautiful living room, perfect for late night movies, a bottle of wine in the kitchen with any appliance we needed, a spacious shower, and a bedroom with a view right into the water. The hot tub and fireplace were right outside, and the sound of the ocean crashing while relaxing couldn’t be beat. Even though we live just a few minutes up the road, we would consider doing another visit just because of how beautiful the place was and how amazing they were to work with!

This place is so gorgeous and cozy. We had a great time and hope to come back someday.

Beautiful location very close to downtown Oak Harbor and to the friends we were visiting; the place is cozy but comfortably housed 6 people including 3 adults and has space for a bit more. The back deck is one of the best places to relax and enjoy amazing views. If you are looking for a no fuss place with everything you need and close to everything in Oak Harbor, this is the place for you.

Emma's place was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room for all of us - including our 2 big dogs! The decor is lovely, just like the pictures, but free from clutter, which I appreciated. The kitchen had every item we needed to make our meals. The sauna and cold soak tub were a very appreciated bonus! The neighborhood is very peaceful, and felt safe for walking our dogs. Most importantly was how kind, gracious, and communicative Emma was. She allowed us to check in early, which helped us immensely, and answered any questions we had quickly. I would definitely recommend this rental to others.

Lovely house with water views right within a quick drive of many Seattle area attractions. We had a great stay for a May wedding in the area. Allison has put a lot of thought into the house, with fun games, comfortable beds, and clear instructions for everything. Nearby Poulsbo is high on our list of recommendations.

We loved this place and the views it provided and we were able to walk to the beach every night. It is close to town and we loved the downtown area also.

We had a great time at Anna's house and immediately felt right at home. It had everything we needed. It felt perfectly secluded and private in spite of the neighborhood being relatively dense. The view of the lake was beautiful. We appreciated the house's proximity to Bellingham and the area's sprawling mountain bike trails. Grateful for our time there!

This was 2nd time staying at Kori's house for a family get together. Kori is a great host and very helpful. The place is wonderful with many activities to keep our teenagers happy and for the adults to have a relaxing time!! Will be back again next year!!

We’ve stayed at Sunny’s house twice and both times have been great! Beautiful views, and great neighborhood. Always very clean and comfortable.

This was our first Airbnb experience & we loved it! The house was absolutely perfect! The owner provided everything we could have needed. The home was spacious & comfortable. And having a private pool really topped off our visit! The pool was heated to perfection & our 5 yr old officially learned to swim while there! Which was super exciting! The bedding was clean & super comfy. She provided plenty of towels, for both showers & swimming. The fireplace was amazing for after those chilling evening swims. The owner was also very responsive, helpful, & kind! We would most definitely stay here again! Thank you Destiny!

Loved staying at the old schoolhouse. We had two families of three with two toddlers. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, kitchen was gorgeous and well furnished, and everything was clean. Yard was great for playing. Extra office space was cozy and a fun reading spot. So much good food to eat nearby, we always love coming here!

What a lovely home, well taken care of, and full of history. Beautiful views of the surrounding farmland and mountains. Very comfortable and perfect for a family or friends gathering. Lots to do in the area. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our time in Mount Vernon! Shannon was super quick to respond with any questions and also super flexible with our early check-in. We rented the large house and shome and both were super clean and wonderful! It was our first time ever renting a house on airbnb and I have nothing bad to say about our experience. We really enjoyed David’s house, which was clean, uncluttered, comfortable and beautiful, with beautiful views. David was very responsive with messages, and helpful with information about what might be happening in the area, and gave great suggestions for restaurants. Our vacation was even better than we’d planned because of David’s knowledgeable tips.

Emy and Roberto’s was super clean! Beds were very comfortable. Good central location to all the things we wanted to go to. We spent our evenings on the patio visiting around the gas fire pit. It was such a nice touch.

Kelly’s studio apartment is perfect for a single or couple. You can smell the ocean air and almost catch a glimpse of the bay from the front entrance. Everything needed for a memorable stay in the La Conner area is curated in this peaceful spot.
