We really enjoyed our stay at Ginny and Gary’s lake house. It was immaculately clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and it had a lovely view of the lake. It was a great launching point to go see the Skagit Valley tulip festival!

Great apartment! Older building but it's been beautifully updated with lovely decor, as you can see in the photos. The kitchen was really well stocked - best I've seen. Jared has the Roku set up for easy use, and that was really appreciated. Easy walking distance to this lovely town. I would highly recommend Jared's place and plan to return in the future.

We had an amazing stay! This charming home is incredibly peaceful — the kind of spot where you can truly relax and unwind. The views are absolutely beautiful, and we loved just sitting outside and taking it all in. The house was spotless and super well taken care of. You can tell the hosts really put a lot of thought into the details, which made it feel extra comfortable and welcoming. Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful place to recharge. We’d definitely love to come back!

Great location! Very cute and suited our needs. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs too!

Baker's Acre Barn retreat was a wonderful stay! The studio was extremely comfortable, well-equipped, and spotless. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfy, and the decor had a charming touch. Though I didn’t use the kitchen, it was thoughtfully stocked. The gated community felt private and peaceful, yet it was just a 10-minute drive from town. The hosts were very responsive, making the experience seamless. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again!

An absolutely delightful stay. Dana was informative and very helpful throughout the whole process. The Airbnb is gorgeous with all the antiques and sea themed decor. It was a treat to have a complementary art project waiting for us during our stay. A wonderful staycation spot for a holiday with family. Will definitely have to stay here again.

The most adorable home with the right amenities, above such a quaint little shopping area. Our family had a wonderful stay in the home, and it was so convenient to be able to pop downstairs for coffee at Red Cup, get souvenirs and gifts from Nature Together, and eat chocolate from the chocolate shop was amazing. The beach is super close too. Wonderful home and location!

Highly recommend staying here! The place was beautiful & pristinely clean. There were ample, cozy blankets, helpful make-up lights in each bedroom, and a well stocked kitchen. Travis was kind, incredibly helpful, and an all-around wonderful host. We plan to stay here again next year and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in a 5-star Air b&b experience.

My family and I had a quick stay at this home. It was extremely easy to check in and come in and out. The home was located in a private and quiet area. The parking was easy. This weekend was very warm for Seattle and he had air conditioner prepared for us to keep us cool. Very convenient location as we had an event in Kenmore, but getting to touristy areas of Seattle were quick/easy too. Overall, would recommend.

What a lovely space! I wish we had had more time to cozy up in the apartment, but we were gone for a lot of the stay. It was pristine, very comfortable and very well stocked. The only kind of interesting thing was the bed is rotated 90º, so one person has to sleep against the wall and crawl over the other if they need to get out. Also, definitely read the instructions on how to find the place because Google Maps took me around the back instead of up the driveway. We loved our stay! It’s clear that they thought about all the little things to improve the guest experience. I especially loved their gift of local granola and the coffee bar while my boyfriend enjoyed the sauna most. The location was beautiful and we even saw deer in the morning, not to mention how close it is to the ferry.

Our stay felt like home away from home! A welcome retreat after a busy day that was comfortable and relaxing. We hated to leave and look forward to staying again!

Wonderful place and friendly owner! Half way between downtown and the island ferry. We enjoyed our stay very much! Was central to everything we wanted to do and had a nice hot tub with a view.

This place was tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Despite being attached to a house, you still felt like you had your own indoor and outdoor space. Jeremy and his wife were very responsive, friendly and attentive.

Great location on the lake. Enjoyed using the kayaks. The suite was spacious and clean. Would stay here again.

it's a lovely stay. very spacious the bed is very large. lots of pots and pans to cook from, a grill. a pool for the summer and hot tub when your there in the winter time still but want to enjoy the water. the club house is also very close to room. Great stay. would recommend :)

Michael was an excellent host and the lodging was perfect for a weekend get away. 10/10, will be booking again in the future.

This is my new go-to for rest and relaxation. Sparkling clean with everything I needed to make a big pot of soup. GREAT location for peace and quiet, with plenty of stores and restaurants just 5 minutes away, ten minutes to Bellingham or Ferndale, twenty minutes to Blaine or Birch Bay. Comfy and cozy for a good night's rest after visiting friends, I look forward to enjoying Jack's hospitalilty again and again.

James was a great host. We communicated well with each other and he was prompt with his replies. He gave clear instructions for getting to his place. The apartment was perfect for my husband and myself, and only 10 minutes away from family whom we were visiting. It is a gorgeous and beautiful environment. Close to trails. We had fun meandering around the property with our small grandchildren. James offered to put the rowboat in the pond which we took him up on and the grandkids had a blast being rowed around the pond (by us, not James). James was friendly and helpful. We have found our place to stay during future visits to Sultan, and are looking forward to going back.
