Due to unfortunate recent misses with guests, I will consider requests only from people with at least three reviews and a rating of 4 stars or higher. This is an open plan, modern end unit is across the street from National Zoo and Rock Creek Park. It's on two bus lines and walkable to Mt. Pleasant, Adams Morgan, Columbia Heights and Cleveland Park. The apartment has a full kitchen, dining area, bathroom, smart TV and cable and wifi. Afternoon sun, chirping birds and roaring lions are free!

Gorgeous Designed 2-bedroom in DC, with parking!

Overall the place was great and very clean. It's in a great area and the private parking is a giant plus. It is located in the basement of a house, so you will hear the homeowners/ dog walking around upstairs. We are used to apartment living, so it wasn't a bother for us. The beds and couch were super comfy! Plenty of extra linens and towels. Full size kitchen and washer/ dryer so if you plan on staying longer than a few days you'll have everything you need. We definitely plan on coming back next time we come to DC!

Great place to stay in DC! The neighborhood was beautiful, walkable, safe and quiet with multiple bus lines only steps away. Was very easy to get around DC! The home was cozy and completely met our needs. We especially appreciated the laundry facilities, as well as the fully stocked coffee bar! Jenna was an excellent host and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks so much!

Appreciated Kenneth’s responsiveness throughout, which made an international arrival super easy. If you are bringing two pieces of luggage, the room may be on the smaller side, but it was clean and comfortable and well supplied—and perfectly located for what I needed for this trip. Lucia’s comfy apartment was very sweet, clean and perfect for me as a place to stay nearby family in the area. It is close to the capital (a little under a mile), the metro, lots of foodie spots, shops, a park and quiet, nestled into a lovely residential area. It does not have a kitchen but does have a small fridge, capsule coffee maker, hot water pot, tableware and was easy enough to get water from the bathroom for that. She also left many wonderful treats. It was a lovely place to get rest and good sleep after exploring and being out and about. Will definitely return and recommend!
