The location of this unit cannot be beat. It's a short walk to virtually all of the monuments, museums, White House, and the Capitol Building. The unit was spotless, everything worked, and the building has some great amenities like a pool and exercise rooms. I wouldn't hesitate to use this unit in this location for another trip to downtown Washington DC. The available parking, in the building, makes it a great spot to just leave your car and spend the rest of your trip on foot.

The place was so nice, just like the pictures and so clean and location is very convenient, near to super markets, pharmacy, metro and bus stations.. The host answers any questions very fast and is very kind. I loved this place.

This was a very great find. Affordable for the part of the city we were in. Lots of energy and activity around the area, with plenty of places to eat/drink within a few block radius. Close to everything you need to be close to downtown. Easy check-in process. Beautiful, clean apartment. All in all, a wonderful spot to stay.

Stayed in the heart of DC close to monuments so we could see all the sites! This was exactly as described and just what we needed for our vacation—near metro, easy to walk to museums and monuments, and so many places to eat right there!

I had an enjoyable stay at the Woodward Building. I really appreciated that Heskel was able to accommodate my early check-in request. The cozy apartment had everything I needed and the downtown DC location can't be beat. Thanks to Heskel/Churchill and the Woodward concierge staff for making my stay enjoyable and stress-free!

Clean, convenient and super helpful for our family of four. We had a great time and had so many amenities that really made it feel like a home vs a hotel room!

Great apartment in a great location. The apartment is spacious and very clean. We were able to walk or easily take the metro everywhere we wanted to go. Several restaurants within easy walking distance.

This location cannot be beat! Easy walking distance to multiple eateries and coffee shops. The check in process was wonderfully simple and the staff is lovely. Great option while in DC!

This apartment was super clean and honestly, quite well furnished. Instructions for accessing wi-fi, how to get around the apartment complex, and how to check out were very clear. I would definitely book this apartment again, and highly recommend it.

Modern comfort in an ideal location. Easy walk to Eastern Market, shops on 8th, and the metro. Good access for driving, too. Took a nice stroll to the Capitol & Supreme Court, and a short cab ride to the cool new space at Union Market. I thought being on Penn Ave would be noisy but on a warm and clear weekend in May, there was almost no street noise. The space is well laid out, building is easy. This would be a fine place to spend a longer time, if I needed to be in DC. Paul sent me details early and responded quickly every time we had an exchange.

This was a perfect place for my family to stay in DC! We could either walk or take a quick uber ride to much of the mall area, so we had easy access to most museums and monuments. There were also a lot of really good restaurants nearby. The apartment was exactly as advertised, though I did make sure to confirm which building we would be in, as other reviewers suggested. It is a standard corporate apartment, so it was really nice to not have owner's knick-knacks everywhere. AC worked perfectly, and the apartment was stocked with all the amenities like toiletries, dish soap, and a single-use washing machine soap. The wifi didn't work when we arrived, but the staff was very gracious and got it resolved. I will say that the 24-hour line doesn't seem to get its voicemail checked, so I would call back first thing in the morning if you have an issue.

Great location , things in walking distance but also 5-10 minute drive from everything . Clean spacious unit . Only thing is getting in is very inconvenient . Having to enter a code just to go up and down everytime you need the elevator is a bit much . Also, you have to enter codes to get into the elevator from the parking lot but there is no service in the underground garage to pull up the codes. Strongly suggest screenshotting all codes before going in the garage

Great place!!! Rooftop pool was nice. Check in was actually easy. Directions on where to park was easy. (Parking was a little expensive) but walking distance to a lot of places! Only thing was the beds were uncomfortable but it will do if you are staying for a few nights instead of a long stay and no sheets for the pull out couch bed. But other than that, I will book this place again!! It was clean!
