Super amazing location! Friendly hosts and super responsive! They were flexible with our check out time because our car stopped working! If I come back to Dunsmuir, I will definitely book again!

The house was clean, lovely and as represented in the listing. The space is nicely furnished and decorated to feel homey and comfortable. We had a great weekend visiting the area!

Had a great stay here for an organization retreat and it was such a great house for groups- very spacious and it had a great yard + view! The area is also very beautiful and had lots to do.

We had an amazing stay! The home was cozy and comfortable, and we loved spending time together in the lovely backyard. The neighborhood was great too. Highly recommend this place!

Wish that the picture in the one bedroom, which was a twin and a bunk bed matched what was in that room. The room had a queen bed and two small bunk beds that fit a 6 year old or smaller. We had to put a kid on the floor, too long for that bed. The rest of the pictures were accurate. This home has a fantastic play room and comfortable queen beds.

Chris was the host on sight and gave me a personal video describing getting in and other things to help. Great help and wonderful to hang out by the fire the first night with. Donna, sorry I did not get to meet you. I can tell this is an amazing place to gather musically as well. Being a percussionist, it was great seeing all the instruments you had. Perfect place to stay while I enjoyed Mt Shasta

Cave Springs was an amazing place for our family! Our cabin was both cozy and spacious, providing the perfect balance of comfort and room to relax. Everything was thoughtfully set up, making it easy for us to settle in and enjoy our stay. We loved how well it suited our family’s needs, and the atmosphere made it truly feel like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back again soon and make more wonderful memories! We had an amazing stay at Cave Spring's cabin. The location is beautiful and the property was well maintained and exactly as it looked like in pictures. The property management had also provided a booklet with great recommendations for local restaurants and adventures. Would recommend if visiting Shasta

We rented this cabin for an anniversary getaway and it was absolutely perfect. Being just a few minutes outside of town means that all sorts of amazing restaurants are easily accessible, which was perfect. However, the most amazing part is when you enter the cabin you feel like you are on a mountain top. Out every window all you see are trees and nature is all that can be heard through the open windows. The cabin was stock and we felt very comfortable, plus the bed was absolutely amazing and had the softest sheets we had ever felt. The host was incredible and every recommendation was spot on. We will ABSOLUTELY be returning, hopefully for a magical winter experience. Book this cabin, you will not regret it!

Amazing place! Serene and beautiful, it's a cabin straight from a fairy tale. If you want to just disconnect from the world but still have all the comforts - this is the place to be. 10/10 would recommend and hope to come back again.
