Waterview is a friendly neighbourhood with a diverse mix of people. 1km from SH16, 20km drive (btwn 30-40min drive) to airport but only 10min drive to the city. There is a bus stop less than 20 metres away and short Uber to Ponsonby - in fact I often walk there in 60mins. There is a bush walk directly across the road that has a waterfall.
