The house was beautiful with a very small walk to the beach, very well equipped kitchen and proactive friendly hosts who provided a generous amount of towels and cloths.

An ideal location for a stay in Whangamata - equally close to the beach & the shops - about a 2 minute walk either way. Great having a fully contained sleepout for 1 couple including a separate bathroom lounge & kitchenette. We were a group of 7 & in particular loved the spaciousness & the gorgeous shower.

We had an amazing stay at hot water beach this summer. The property was beautiful and right on the beach, couldn’t ask for much more. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Fabulous place a short walk away from the beach. The house itself is great (even better than the photos), it’s private, very spacious and has everything you need. There is also a golf course and a great restaurant just around the corner. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay at daisy cottage. Such a special place. Simple pleasures in life. Beautiful view and just such a nice place to relax and u wind. The kids loved it so much. Lots of fun stuff to do and the sunrises were just incredible. Communication with bachcare was amazing and they were very polite and responded quickly! Thank you for a great stay we will be back

We had a fantastic stay at Joss’ place. She really thought of everything to make the stay comfortable as the house was incredibly well equipped with toiletries, kitchen supplies, smart tv with Netflix and lovely bedding. The outdoor seating was great for enjoying the beautiful weather and we all loved the outdoor shower for after the beach!

A wonderful bach in Mangawhai Heads. The house itself was very clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. The area was very peaceful and just a short drive to the beach. Marsha was a fantastic host, sending us all the information we needed about the house and area in advance and even left us a welcome basket. Thank you so much!

It is as described both by Anna & her guests. If you follow instructions it is not hard to find it. It is indeed cute & she has decorated it in a lovely feminine way. It is clean, the bed is comfy, the lamp is nice. It is set in a little alcove at the back of 2 houses. Bonus is a empty field. Walk' distance to restaurants, 10-15mins depending on fitness levels. St Heliers is a well-to- do area. The beach is nearby & lots of food options. Anna is kind, friendly & helpful. It was a pleasure to have a sleep in & not get woken by loud road noise which I usually do where I live. TV is Apple TV. Could not work it but didn't need it. It was quiet-ish. I'd suggest a big rug on the floor to make it more homey & keep feet from cold. The driveway is indeed slim & steepish but do-able. I woudn't want to reverse down it. 11am checkout appreciated & could park in the carport but it was tight. You have to pay for snacks provided & there is no milk. I brought my cereal but milk would have been good.

Deborah was lovely! Very welcoming and helpful. I absolutely loved my stay here. I’d happily move in tomorrow 😅 Such a beautiful spot! It certainly exceeded my expectations. The house has lovely feel to it. Lots of windows and natural light. Overlooking natural bush and the ocean. A short walk to a lovely beach. And the star gazing at night is incredible. I was a bit nervous about the whole solar thing and travelling to a secluded island on my own, but Deborah was very welcoming, helpful and informative, which quickly put my mind at ease. Thank you for hosting me in your beautiful home. I’ll definitely be back again soon 😊🙏✌️🫶✨

A fabulous place with wonderful sea views. Quiet and away from the throngs of Waiheke. Definitely need a car. Approx 30 mins from ferries and most facilities so just come prepared. The sleep out is removed from the house so we brought a mattress into the living area for convenience. It is an older bach with older mattresses, but a great new kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place to stay whilst between properties, it had everything we needed. Nice and quiet location but still easy access to Albany and Auckland.

Steve's house was beautiful and well equipped. Had a great homely feel. Would definitely book again.
