The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and granite countertops. New mini-split heat pump with AC. Hardwood floors throughout, plus a stackable washer/ dryer laundry with a linen closet. The tiled bathroom has a glass- door shower. Flat screen televisions in the living room and bedroom. Accommodates a maximum of 2 people.

Bar Harbor Condos - Apt C

Our condominium was built in 2020 and are located in downtown Bar Harbor. The condos are impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with brand new furnishings. There is one off street parking space allotted which is rare in downtown Bar Harbor. There is a shared laundry room and excellent wifi also. *****Please consider getting travel insurance when making your reservation, this is a small property, and how we make our living, Airbnb does offer it and unfortunately situations do come up.

This unique place has a style all its own. It’s an open concept studio for two on the “quietside” of Mount Desert Island. This cozy, newly constructed nook is the perfect place to rest your head after exploring all our island has to offer! Note, there is no oven or cooktop. Your kitchenette will provide a sink, refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Your studio is the downstairs to the owners apartment, both with their own entrance and shares a driveway with my other rental.
