New complete house, ready in May 2021, on a cul-de-sac. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. New furnishings. Cook in full kitchen or go to one of the 5 eating places close by. Sit down with a cup of supplied coffee made from single origin coffee roasted by Essence Coffee Roasters of Sequim WA. Plenty of parks to enjoy. There is also Dyck Arboretum across town with a small pond and paved walking path. 18 hole golf course. 2 disc golf courses. Antique stores. Wifi in whole house. NO SMOKING and NO PETS.

A clean laundry area is discreetly located behind white double doors. The room features a two-unit washer and dryer setup, complemented by a wooden countertop island nearby. Natural light brightens the space, enhancing the warm tones of the wooden flooring and the bright white cabinetry.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Every comfort has been thought of for this home, down to the last detail. Kendyll's instructions and advice was easy to follow in order to make the house perfect for us within a few minutes of arrival. The dogs loved the huge backyard and the giant park right across the street. Will stay again!

Great location tucked away in a private corner of Kansas but within an hour of Wichita and 20 minutes from local sights. We felt right at home and would stay again. Our host even helped us charge our car battery when we were in a jam. And our favorite thing about our stay was definitely the ranch cat, Boo.
