Custom Craftsman With Hot Tub Close to Ocean

Pass through the electronic gate and private entrance and indulge in the complimentary snacks on the fold-out leaf table. Fine interior touches include antique heirloom artwork and a serving tray, while outside 2-level seating and a fire pit await. We follow rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols from the CDC during COVID-19. We ventilate rooms, wash hands frequently, wear gloves, clean, then disinfect with bleach or 70% alcohol. Our cleaning crew focuses on frequently touches surfaces, incl light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucets, and wash all linens at highest heat. Attention to detail prevails throughout the apartment. The craftsman style space includes custom cabinets, high/vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops and walk-in closet. Established trees can be viewed from the master bedroom picture window and private deck which gives the space a tree house effect. The space can comfortably fit up to 4 guests. We will provide a variety of organic breakfast items including coffee, orange juice, milk, cream, half & half, cereal, fruit, yogurt and breads/pastries. Wine will be available upon request. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Interaction with guests will be kept to a minimum in order to respect their privacy, however, we will be happy to assist any way possible to provide a great experience. We live in a separate location on site so we will be present during the guests stay. We love our neighborhood! If you love craftsman, California bungalow, custom and historical homes this is the place. There are parks, the Colorado Lagoon, Marine Stadium, 2nd Street with shops and great restaurants, and of course the beach all within walking distance. There are a variety of farmer's markets and in the summer local concerts in the park. There is public transportation (buses) nearby. There is plenty of street parking. We are conveniently located between LAX (25 minutes), Orange County (SNA) Airport (20 minutes) and Long Beach Airport (10 minutes). PLEASE BE AWARE OF STREET SWEEPING DAYS!! SIGNS ARE POSTED FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AM STREET SWEEPING. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Admire the many historic craftsman and California bungalow homes in this tranquil neighborhood. Walk to the beach and catch a concert in the park. Stroll to shops and a choice of farmers' markets, as well as Colorado Lagoon and Marine Stadium. There is public transportation (buses) nearby. There is plenty of street parking. A great place to stay during spring break. Beautiful backyard with pool and hot tub. Fairly walkable to restaurants, ice cream, and grocery stores. Comfortable beds and couches. Lots of extra towels and blankets. Deb was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Already looking forward to our next stay!

We felt very safe in the residence and Randy was so accommodating in helping us whenever we needed it. The motion sensor lights outside were helpful after late night returns and carrying our 14 month old inside. The air bnb is conveniently close to many restaurants and a Whole Foods. We were in walking distance to the beach . Randy had some amazing suggestions on where to grab coffee and delicious food from. Everything inside the air bnb felt clean and easy to use. Randy provided some snacks and libations for us, which after long travel days with a baby it was very appreciated. The common area of the air bnb is so welcoming, we wish we were able to use it more. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! It was a lovely home away from home .

The location was great! Everything we needed was within a 5 minute drive and many restaurants to choose from. The house was beautiful and clean, my only gripe is that the doors were hard to open/close at times and the lock in the master bedroom didn't work. However, it is to be expected with an older home. For our family of 6, it worked great for us!

Lucy's place was immaculate and so clean! With 2 toddlers cleanliness is so important to us, and Lucy's place was undeniably the most clean Airbnb we've ever stayed! We loved all of the attractions and delicious nearby eateries and we will definitely return for next year's tradition to Bubble Fest!

We enjoyed our stay. Rose and Brad were unbelievable hosts, flexible and responsive. The house is magical: Highlights are the great terrace that has morning sun, the nice master bedroom upstairs and the fire place. Things to consider are the winding roads up to Topanga. Great location though as base for cycling as you can avoid the PCH traffic.
