This place is always magical! This is our fourth time here and it's a pleasure to be back. Very comfortable, very well equipped and the location is just perfect. Montie has been a wonderful host from the start. We had a small issue with the plumbing and Montie fixed it in less than 30 minutes, even though he was traveling out of state. I highly recommend staying here!

I had an amazing stay at Brooke's beautiful home in the Hollywood Hills. It was super clean, well-maintained, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe — it honestly felt like a home away from home. I stayed with my dogs, and it was perfect for us. The neighborhood felt really safe and peaceful, which made it easy to relax and settle in. Brooke was a fantastic host — super friendly, easy to communicate with, and genuinely helpful without ever being overbearing. You can tell she really puts care into both the space and the guest experience. Overall, just a great spot. Comfortable, clean, and in an awesome location. Would absolutely stay here again — highly recommend it if you're looking for a chill, well-kept place with a great host.

My wife and I, along with our 2 young adult sons, drove from Canada to spend some time in Pasadena. J's condo was perfect for us. We really felt at home there and enjoyed being in close proximity to our good friends who we were visiting. Being from the country, it was also a treat to be within walking distance to restaurants and some food chains that we don't have in our hometown in Canada. While there, we had the pleasure of meeting J's family. Wonderful people who made us all feel very welcomed. When we return to Pasadena, we hope J's condo will be available as we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you J and family for being so kind to our family as well as for making our stay in Pasadena so comfortable. We look forward to seeing you again.

Me and my Family had a wonderful time at Sean’s place Neighbor was quiet and clean. Everything we needed was 5 min away Sean was committed to making sure we didn’t have any issues Hot water heater stop working, Sean purchased and had it installed within 2hrs If Sean is still around I will reach out again Thank you Sean

We had a wonderful stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. Check‑in was seamless, and our host was responsive and gracious, offering great local tips. The neighborhood was quiet. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches (fresh linens and fast Wi‑Fi). Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area—would love to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! We booked last minute after another rental did not work out and could not have been more pleased. Vanessa was very responsive and proactive about making sure we had all of the instructions and were able to access the unit. It was a little complicated to enter because the house is kept very secure, but the instructions were completely clear and easy to follow. The location was perfect. We were close to everything in Marina del Rey and Venice Beach and not far from Santa Monica. It is a very walkable area with access to all kinds of restaurants, shops and outdoor activities. The house itself was very clean and very comfortable. We felt very at home and had all of the ammenties needed for our stay. The hot tub, yard, and back balcony provided the perfect respite and relaxation. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit. Thank you Vanessa!

We stayed James’ place so we could visit our son who is going to So Cal. This place was halfway between his school and where he lives- perfect distance to make going either place to see him easy. James was a very responsive host. We had a little trouble getting the code for the front door to work at first but he helped get us in and it all figured out. The place was roomy and very clean and a great place for our family to crash after long days having fun in LA area. We would definitely stay here again. My one suggestion would be to not have so many plug in air fresheners downstairs as some people, like myself, are allergic to strong fragrances. James was very understanding, and let me put them in the garage for our stay, and I was very thankful they weren’t in the bedrooms. Sheets and towels weren’t fragranced, which I was also thankful for- just nice and clean and scent free. We appreciated him as a host. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer there.

This really is the perfect place to stay for your Disney holiday. It felt safe and secure. Quiet, even though it is so close to the parks. It’s an easy stroll to the security check point, with clear instructions in the welcome pack. Anthony also has helpful items like a stroller to make your stay with smaller kids smoother. The bathrooms have lovely strong showers and each has a bath. Essential after long days of fun. The beds are extremely comfortable. Also a must. One of our kids found the bottom bunk claustrophobic, but the rest of us loved the cosy space. She was fine on the top bunk. The kitchen had everything we needed to self cater. And we appreciated the full laundry. Thanks Anthony!

Organized and clean house, the fact that each room has a shower and toilet is excellent, located a very good distance from attractions in the area, convenient to arrive by car and park in the parking lot, hosts are available

Our stay in Woodland Hills at Carlos' place was better than we imagined. This home has been beautifully renovated with no expense spared. The layout is very open and the interior decoration feels very European. To boot, the sound of the creek outside was incredibly peaceful to fall asleep to every night. We traveled with my three year old and ten month old and were excited by the kids room available in this unit. Upon arrival, we were even more delighted to find toys and a bike for my son. Carlos ensured that a booster seat was available for our baby, and there was lots of room for the kiddos to play. The location of Carlos' home is beautifully situated off Topanga Blvd, and accessible to every little thing one may need. We hope to return one day very soon!

Nice touch with the Netflix already logged in with guest account for thr Air BnB. Had everything we need and responded to questions we had promptly.

Great stay! Katie was super clear and responded very promptly. The unit was spotlessly clean and was spacious too. The beds, in my opinion the most important part of an Airbnb, were great so we all slept very well. The unit is a short walk to spectacular sushi - Ikigai - amazing! We'll definitely be back!

Our group of 6 had a great stay. This place was close to all touristy spots in the city. The Airbnb was clean, modern, and as described. Great price for a 4 night stay!

The Perfect Hollywood Townhouse (PHT) is indeed, perfect! Perfect living space, perfect amenities, perfect location! The 3 bedroom layout perfectly accommodated our family of 4 (2 parents, 2 kids). The rooftop view of the iconic Hollywood sign was an added bonus! The perfect amenities included bottled water, laundry supplies and a lovely kitchen equipped with everything you need to whip up your favorite dishes. There's even a Nespresso machine! PHT is so centrally located to all of the Hollywood attractions that we ventured into our 1st foray into the world of driverless cars. The Waymo found its way to us in just 2 mins! We thought, how much could really happen to us in the 10 mins between there and the Hollywood Walk of Fame anyway? We were fine and took pics of the empty driver's seat, steering wheel magically turning on its own! The only thing not so perfect about our stay at PHT was the weather and we assumed that the kind and responsive Stay Awhile had nothing to do with that!

Julia was a great host as she was very accommodating and quick to respond. The place was clean and exactly as it appeared in the photos. Check in process was easy. I also liked that the area was gated as it felt more secure. The location was convenient as it was central to everything. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is a great spot, it’s easy to feel at home and it’s rather cozy - from the fireplace in the living room, to the comfortable bed, to the spectacular roof deck. The hosts are generous, both in stocking the kitchen with goodies and responding to questions that arise. I have stayed at other Jackson Market properties in the past and hope to do so many times in the future.

I booked Justin's Airbnb for an employee and his family who were visiting for a business trip. Justin was a great host, always responsive and helpful. The space was wonderfully clean and just as the guests expected - we would highly recommend. Thank you, Justin!

This is my favorite place we have stayed at to date. Ecspeically with small children. The location is perfect. Safe area, park right outside, restaurants right across the street, and we absolutely loved the garage parking and gated entrance. Tip for staying here: pack in drawer dividers. I packed my kids clothes in these for efficient packing. I wish I would have packed all of our things this way because they left so much closet space, bathroom drawers, and pantry space for us. It was so refreshing to not live out of a suitcase and to have a ton of space to locate your clothes. The master is large enough to fit a pack n play. This was perfect for our youngest who still wakes so we wanted her near. My daughter loved all of the toys they left for us. You really cannot beat this place if you are traveling with small kids. It is absolutely worth the extra cost. Jacob and Martina’s response time is so fast you do not have to worry about waiting around for a simple question.

Great place to stay, especially with a group, or large family. Four nice bedrooms plus pull out sofa's. Beautiful inside, and the owners or hosts are VERY good about giving you the details you need and very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. We will absolutely be back here next time we're back in town. Thank you all!

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!

Beautiful home! Worth all the stairs to get to the rooftop deck. 💖

Very convenient for visiting Disneyland. The house had everything we needed for a long stay, especially a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and a nice place to relax in front of a huge TV. Recommend!
