The house was very nice in a quiet residential area. Close to the lake. Fully furnished. There was nothing missing. Very well-maintained outdoor area. Everything very clean. 100% recommendation.

Lovely accommodation, beyond normal standard

We had a lovely time staying at Henrik's great house. He was a very eager host and was always available at short notice if there was a question. Great! The children felt very comfortable and were able to have plenty of adventures. The area is great, you can quickly get to the lake and there is a lot to see. A very successful vacation for us.

We had an amazing stay at Fredrik’s place! As a family of four adults, we found the house spacious and comfortable. The views of the lake are absolutely spectacular and breath-taking. The heated pool was a fantastic bonus, making our stay even more enjoyable. Fredrik and his family were exceptionally welcoming and caring, even treating us to some delicious crayfish they had fished from the lake. What more could you ask for? The area offers plenty of activities, and we loved being able to swim in the lake right next to the house. It was a very calm and relaxing experience. There are also beautiful hiking trails, making it a perfect getaway spot. However, you will most likely need a car to get to the supermarket and move around the area conveniently. Highly recommended!

Nice house, easy to get on site, modern and everything worked. Good fridge and freezer, a little bit of room for food in the kitchen cabinets so we moved some things to empty shelves in a bedroom. Beautiful area with summer house in gardens mixed with nurtured nature and nice neighbors. Close to the beach, but beautiful weather and we were unfortunately not there at the same time. The area is a bit from Motala Centrum, 7 km, so you need a car or bike to get to restaurants and shops. Nice that garbage disposal and recycling work, info and instructions were available to read.

We stayed at Magnus' place for two nights. We were two families with 3 kids. A wine and candies on the table was just great after a long drive to reach there. The kids loved staying outside in the garden and being in nature. We wanted to stay away from city and his place was a perfect match. Although the lake's water was cold (in early June), but still we could not stop ourselves to enjoy that a little bit. Magnus was very friendly and very clear in his communication making him a great host. His clear instruction both through the message and the welcome folder present in the drawing room was very helpful to ensure we did what was needed. We would love to go back to his place again.

A great house in a great location,with lake view and plenty of space for adventure! Perfect for families with kids! The cool swimming pool would have been open until mid-August! Forest, rocks and lake, which seems like a sea, close to the house.

Beautifully furnished cottage near the beach and super nice location for hiking near various nature reserves. Would book it again anytime!

Very nice place to stay and to take part in the Vätternrundan. Charlotte was very friendly and on top she gave us many freshly picked strawberries from just around the corner. We enjoyed our two-weeks stay a lot. Vadstena is a magical place to be.

Beautiful location directly by a private forest lake. A house with all the comforts. Next time, we'll come a little later in the summer so you can use the swimming and boat too. It's great that pets are welcome. Private location with forest around so the dog can be off the leash (when the neighbor is not there). Bona Handelsträdgård, which is on the way, is worth a visit.

Perfect accommodation based on our activity. Very grateful that we could store our bikes in the garage. Fantastic house with all you can think of necessities.

Very charming cottage that is 250 years old . Located in the middle of a large farm and very private. The host is very friendly and nice. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again

What a charming house! So much character. A lot of space for two families with small children to not feel like we were on top of each other. The house had everything we needed for a weekend away. The location was perfect for what we wanted, calm and secluded. We enjoyed feeding the hens and baby chicks. And though we weren’t thrilled with the gifts the cats brought home, we all got along 😉 The kids thought the house was cool, yet a little scary. But they soon realised old houses have personality. Plenty of rooms for all of to spread out. Ylle was a super host and extremely quick to reply. We had no problem getting the keys and finding our way around the house. Would love to come back!
