A modern villa with a lake plot, large private dock, hot tub and sauna. Stunning views of Lake Boren where the canal boats pass by. As cozy summer as other seasons. Great fishing in the lake. Suterränghouse where the upper level has integrated kitchen and living room for social interaction with panoramic lake view as well as WC. Lower floor has three bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room and living room/tv room. On the property, there are also two smaller cabins with a guest room in each, bathroom (not winter time) and hot tub.

Newly built Attefall house with the absolute best location on the longest lake in the Nordic region and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a cove that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

A lovely beach house with a wonderful view.

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake that you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach which is the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. In the summertime there are 4 restaurants close by.(2 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful surrounding area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. On the historic mill, right between the Göta Canal and Motala stream, you find this newly renovated and fully equipped gem.
