Villa with lake plot and amazing views

A modern villa with a lake plot, large private dock, hot tub and sauna. Fantastic views of Lake Boren where the canal boats pass by. Just as cozy in summer as in other seasons. Good fishing in the lake. Basement house where the upper floor has an integrated kitchen and living room for socializing with panoramic lake view and toilet. The lower floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry room and living room/TV room. On the property, there are also two smaller cottages with a guest room in each, bathroom (not winter time) and sauna.

A cozy room features a spacious bed topped with bright yellow blankets. A small sitting area includes a white chair and a mirror beside a decorative ladder. Floral-patterned curtains frame the window, while a wall collage adds character to the inviting space.
