With promenades, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a bay perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake that you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach which is the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. In the summertime there are 4 restaurants close by.(2 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful surrounding area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Code to the key box will be sent to you the day before arrival.

Maria is a wonderful, thoughtful and caring host, made me feel at home right away. She is highly educated , her English is perfect which makes communication so easy. The room looks exactly as on the photo with a comfortable cozy bed. And of course the cat is as sweet and friendly as Maria. Location is great, very short walk from the lake, Coop, restaurants and all the tourist sights. Maria was so sweet and helped me to plan the next legs of my journey-Dalarna and Gotland. She told me where to stay and what to visit , I am very grateful for that. I really enjoyed my visit to Vadstena and staying with Maria greatly contributed to it. Thank you for hosting me.

Back for the second year in a row. Nice accommodation with parking and very close to the nice Varamon beach. Highly recommended!

Close proximity to the beach and the lake-view stands above all other things I can think of when describing Maria’s house. Maria was quick in responding to messages. We did know there was only one bathroom and toilet before booking it for us 5 adults and 2 kids. But now it feels like for a house this large which can accommodate 10 guests, an extra bathroom toilet would be great :)

Our visit as a resident in the Pavilion. We were adults and children who stayed there to-sun. Large areas both inside and outside, clean and tidy, own large patio with large lawn for play. Sauna and wood fired sauna for about 4 people. Good parking next door, walking distance to fishing area and also to the bath with small beach, jetty and diving tower. Good communication with Johan before and upon arrival as well as was quickly available if we were missing anything during the stay. Cozy environment. We are 20 very happy guests who will surely come back. Top marks from us
