Everything we wanted with enough space for us and the dog. Perfect location - quiet with footpaths nearby but still close to both the main road and to Cockermouth if needed.

Thankyou for a fantastic stay, we needed accommodation for a family group attending a wedding and this suited us perfectly. We live rurally ourselves and this felt like the type of place we like to be. It’s close enough to everything you need but also far enough away to escape! Would stay again if we were in the area. We had a perfect stay! We felt right at home with a thoughtful welcome note and goodies on arrival. Instructions for the place were very clear, and hosts were extremely responsive. We loved the peaceful surroundings, and the doggy friends around the cottage ☺️ really close to Cockermouth and short drive to other beauty spots in the lakes. Would highly recommend!
