Derek was an excellent host, the listing was just as described - he was extremely helpful as this was our first air b and b booking and we travelled along way. What can I say other than this little cottage was out of this world! I have stayed at many air bnb’s and this was the best by far. I live in a rural cottage so this was a home from home. I took my 2 dogs with me and they were welcomed by a bed with super bedding and towels, dog biscuits, a toy and food and water bowls. The location is stunning and for the first time in my life saw the Northern Lights. The garden is fabulous, secure and with 3 different seating areas and a fire pit. My bedroom was stunning, the bed and bedding was luxurious at its finest..better than Claridges or the Savoy. The kitchen was so well equipped with welcoming bread, butter, milk, orange juice and eggs, locally sourced too. Adrienne was incredibly accommodating and around if needed. My only criticism was that I couldn’t stay longer than my 2 nights, I will be back as soon as I can to have a week there, I’d be happy just being in the cottage and admiring the view. It really is a beautiful place to stay.

This was by far the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The location is absolutely stunning. It’s a short 10 minute walk to the Main Street where you’ll find lots restaurants, pubs and shops and great public transportation. Valerie was a wonderful, responsive host. The flat had everything I needed and then some. I can’t say enough about how wonderful my stay was and I’d stay there in a heartbeat when I visit again. Thanks Valerie for everything. Lesley. 10/10
