This very private apartment in the quiet spa town of Bad Häring is an ideal starting point all year round and can accommodate 2 people. Ski resorts such as the SkiWelt, Skijuwel or Zillertal as well as the entire hiking area around the wild and tame Emperor are easily accessible. You can also get everywhere easily with the public transport. The cultural cities of Kufstein (10km) and Wörgl (5km) are nearby. In the village there is a large grocery store and everything you need. €3.5 tax p/p/d

We felt really comfortable in the guest apartment. The place was modern and very clean. Our hostess, Katharina, was warm, hospitable and uncomplicated. We were able to contact them at any time with questions and always received a quick response. We were also very enthusiastic about the delicious farm products. The property is located in a quiet and idyllic area. We can definitely recommend this place. Thank you for the wonderful time and all the hospitality.

We (2 families) felt very comfortable. Homeowner lives in an in-law apartment in the basement. He was super helpful and friendly and very eager to give us a nice and pleasant stay. The house is huge and the garden is wonderful. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. The view is great!!!! In our opinion, having a car on site makes sense. Our excursion destinations (Hexenwasser, Elmis Zauberwelt, and much more) are easy and uncomplicated to reach within 20 minutes by car. We had a great time and can only recommend the place. We will be happy to come back sometime.

Our stay at Daniela's apartment was excellent from start to finish. The apartment looks like it's been freshly renovated, it was super clean and everything you need for a vacation was available. The location is fantastic and the view from the living room into the mountains is simply fantastic. Daniela is very nice and straightforward and we immediately felt very welcome! Unfortunately, this time we only had an extended weekend, but we decided to spend a longer vacation in Daniela's beautiful apartment in the summer.

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail, you felt comfortable from the first moment. It was very nice, everything fit perfectly, from the amenities to the atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight the small, loving details that made the stay special. The host was super helpful and always approachable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place, it is definitely worth a trip and I'd love to come back.

We stayed with 3 friends in villa itter for a short ski. It met all expectations, the good weather was the icing on the cake! We arrived at 01:00 at night but the instructions were very clear and we did not encounter any issues. We were not short of anything. We are considering planning several more short skis here!

A cozy sleeping area on the gallery level features a low ceiling with wooden beams. Two spacious mattresses are laid directly on the floor, covered with colorful striped bedding. A skylight above allows natural light to enter, enhancing the warm wooden tones of the space.
