Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

Silvia is a very kind and helpful host and the apartment is very large and comfortable, it's perfect for visiting the city of Pisa and its surroundings, you can easily get by train to Firenze, Livorno, Lucca and also to the beach from Pisa which is 20 minutes by bus. I recommend to anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Pisa

Stefania and Ralph are not only the best hosts, but the friendliest and most caring people we have ever met. They truly do everything possible to make you feel like this beautiful place is your home. Stefania seems to truly love being a host and goes out of her way to do whatever she can for you. Honestly, the pictures don't do justice for how amazing the view really is. My friend and I spent the entire weekend on the balcony reading, drinking wine, eating pasta, taking pictures, and especially enjoying the complete peace and quiet. The village of Palaia is also the cutest and safest location for a perfect Tuscan countryside weekend. Can't thank you enough Stefania!

Camera situata al piano terreno in una zona comoda sia al porto sia al centro, molto tranquilla pulita fresca e arredata con gusto, , parcheggio moto proprio sotto la finestra 👍 quindi per noi il top!! Con le spiegazioni di Ilary abbiamo potuto fare il check in in tutta libertà di orario e in maniera molto semplice quindi altro grande punto a favore, idem il check out 👍Ilary purtroppo non l'abbiamo conosciuta personalmente però è stata gentilissima e carinissima sia nel darci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno sia nel farci trovare un dolce pensiero nel frigorifero (cosa molto gradita)😄che dire di più? Che sicuramente se capiterà di tornare a Livorno sarà un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da lei, per questo mi sento di consigliare la sua stanza perché è proprio il top👍 Grazie di tutto e alla prossima 👋👋
