Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Mortagne-au-Perche

A very welcome stop on our cycling trip through Normandy. Very helpful hosts and we were able to cycle to the small but well stocked local supermarket (about 6km away) for provisions. A house that looks exactly like the picture!

Staying in the chapel is an extraordinary, wonderful experience. This chapel has been completely renovated by Iris, with incredible talent. If I had to remember a few elements, it would be the feeling of space, the inverted boat hull frame, the stained glass window adjoining the bedroom, the papier-mâché jars, the garden at the back, etc. It's a perfect place to meet, in a village where life is good. Iris is a caring and learned host, who will tell you the whole story of the place. Looking forward to coming back!

A true haven of peace! The house is really cute, you can feel that the owners really want to do their best: the little touches, the decoration, the quality of the furniture and the renovation. The same goes for the garden, which is beautiful and invites you to relax and disconnect. A little paradise that makes you want to come back.

We stayed just one night for an evening planned in the area, the house and the surroundings made us want to come back in the summer.

It is the second time we stayed at this magical cottage. The location of the house - being close to so many amazing restaurants and markets, and its seclusion - being nestled among empty hillsides, makes it truly unique and special. The charming decor and homey-ness is unparalleled - already cannot wait to come back again!

Charming little house, quiet, with a beautiful garden. Very well equipped and very clean. We highly recommend it for discovering the Perche region.

My husband and I had a lovely stay. We felt like we were on vacation right away when we arrived. Nothing is missing. Just put the suitcases down. The land is well fenced, my dog was able to do his own thing. We didn't see the owners, but communication was perfect. We plan to return someday.

Very nice house, tastefully decorated. The dining/kitchen area is large and has two tables (convenient for making a children's table, an adult table). There are two separate sleeping areas each accessible by a staircase, the first leads to two bedrooms with a bathroom each, the second to two bedrooms as well as a bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. Be careful because the first staircase is quite steep for young children, the second on the other hand is more accessible. The garden, which is completely fenced, is just like the house, full of charm and has a Nordic bath! Near the house there is a paved path with very little traffic, bordered by stud farms, on which to walk. In conclusion we had a great stay and would highly recommend it!

We enjoyed indeed our stay at Yann's place. The apartment is spaceous with high ceilings, very clean and bright. It's very close to central Le Mans with the old city and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We were lucky to find a free parking spot in rue Auvray. Yann was quick to get back when we had questions. I would clearly recommand Yann's place to travelers to Le Mans.

Yasmine was the perfect host and her appartment was a perfect base for exploring Bellême and the region.

I stayed with 2 people for 4 days. It was a comfortable room with one headroom and one sofa bed.

Even though our stay was very short, the place was spotless and matched the listing. Communication with Akim was simple, easy, and very responsive. Note that the bathroom is a little small.

Evelyn and Alain are great hosts. The house had a lot of history. Beautiful outdoor with a nice pool and barbecue setup. Lots of things to do for everyone in the family. Very well stocked.

Very nice house perfect for my birthday with your family or friends. We were 23 and managed to stay in the mansion using the large dorm rooms for children or entire family. Very large living spaces to be all together on the ground floor of the mansion, in the living room, the dining room with its beautiful table or the veranda and a dining area on the barbecue side very nice when the weather is nice. All the amenities are there to have a very nice stay from the kitchen to the hi-fi, to the leisure. Rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated and the associated bathrooms are very nice.

The house was spotless and true to the photos. It was large and pleasant, well-equipped. Everything was easy and very well indicated. The house was also very suitable for children (outdoor/indoor games/small bedroom/cribs/high chairs/children's dishes/secure pool). Peaceful and private house. The pool was large, heated, clean and very functional. We'll be back. Thanks also to the hosts for their kindness and clear instructions.
