House vacation rentals in Mortagne-au-Perche

Our stay at Marianne and Frédéric's was superb, a timeless moment in a real haven of peace. The exteriors are beautiful and so soothing: beautiful flowers, the lake, the pool… everything was perfect! The recommended addresses were very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Thanks also to Frédéric for visiting his space dedicated to photography, it was very interesting. We'll be back, that's for sure!

We had a lovely weekend at Sarah's. The house is superb, the bedding very nice and there is all the equipment in the kitchen for those who appreciate cooking! A weekend is almost not long enough to fully enjoy the house and things to do in the area.

Two weeks in paradise! Maison UMI is a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty, charm, and tranquility. The house is immaculate. A perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Every room is bright, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a peaceful place to unwind. The pool was a highlight. Pristine, sun soaked, and surrounded by idyllic countryside views. We spent hours floating and relaxing under the blue sky. In a huge secure garden which our mini dachshund enjoyed exploring safely. The location is superb: nestled in picturesque countryside, yet just a short drive from charming villages. With Shops and supermarkets also close by for anything you need. Our host, Sanouchka, was exceptional, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home. Bonus delight: adorable geese at the end of the garden added a touch of whimsy. Maison UMI isn’t just a stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.

We had two excellent nights at Déborah's cottage, the environment is very peaceful, perfect for unwinding. The pool is large and at an ideal temperature for those who are sensitive to the cold like us. The accommodation is close to many stud farms for animal and nature lovers.

A great weekend in a place full of charm, whether it's the cottage, the hikes in the forest where we went on foot or the villages recommended by Élise and Sylvain. we'll be happy to go back!

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

The only small downside is the road not far from the house which disturbs the peace a little. Beautiful old house in the pretty countryside of Perche.

Very nice welcome to this Percheron country house that has kept its character! Carine hosted us extremely well and we were able to enjoy this magical place as a family. Only positive things to say!

It is the second time we stayed at this magical cottage. The location of the house - being close to so many amazing restaurants and markets, and its seclusion - being nestled among empty hillsides, makes it truly unique and special. The charming decor and homey-ness is unparalleled - already cannot wait to come back again!

Sarah is a responsive host. Home was pristine and very family friendly. We really loved our stay. Lots of space and well set up for multiple guests. The only draw back was lack of wifi which made communication difficult as foreigners.

Very nice house as described, tastefully decorated, with a beautiful fireplace and a beautiful enclosed garden, close to Mortagne and all its places. We had a great good days and hope to get back to it soon!

Cozy lodge with plenty of space, privacy and beautiful views. Our dog loved the big lawn around it. We enjoyed the terrace in front of the lodge overlooking rolling meadows. The house has all the comforts. Nice beds and well-equipped kitchen. We were there for a stopover on our trip but you can easily spend a lot of fun time here with a family. The area is rural and beautiful. The host is friendly, hospitable and responds quickly.

A very welcome stop on our cycling trip through Normandy. Very helpful hosts and we were able to cycle to the small but well stocked local supermarket (about 6km away) for provisions. A house that looks exactly like the picture!

This lovely presbytery is full of charm and offered us a total disconnection. Maybe not very suitable with babies because of the lack of sound insulation. Jean-Michel is a very kind and responsive host. I would recommned this property.

We had a great time with the family. The cottage is very welcoming, clean and the little touches are too nice. We enjoyed the garden and the beautiful terrace overlooking the sheep meadow. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a great time at Jordan's place. The place was perfect for a weekend for two couples and two children. The garden is lovely in the spring and the house is functional. We'll be back with pleasure on occasion.

We wanted to spend a few days away from the world with my partner and the house offered by Hugues completely met our expectations: in the middle of the fields and on the edge of the forest. Big plus for the decor, the tasteful renovation of this house, the small touches and the amenities offered! Finally, Hugues is caring and offers good advice.

Very pleasant stay of a few days in this cottage, perfectly located for discovering the Perche. A very clean cottage, well equipped for a family, located in a building whose garden overlooks fields as far as the eye can see, where you can enjoy the sun all day, in absolute calm, interrupted from time to time by the crowing of the rooster. For the happiness of children (as well as adults), animals are there, close but discreet, but I won't say more... not to mention the family jacuzzi sessions and the crazy football games with Louis, who is so kind, and Voyelle, a dog of incredible sociability, very affectionate, and who accompanied us throughout our stay. An exotic and soothing place!
