We had a great time at Pascal and Sandrine's place. The services offered were great. A five out of five for the exceptional quality of the bedding. I will gladly recommend this cottage to all my loved ones. And of course the little surprise on Sunday morning for breakfast. Thanks to Pascal and Sandrine for this pleasant weekend.

Ideal for families! Vanessa is very nice and the house has everything you need! The kids loved the pool and took care of it during the hours in the garden.

I recommend this rental, the house and garden are great! We enjoyed the barbecue and hot tub. We were 7 adults and 1 baby and had a great time! Clementine was very welcoming and communication was easy!

Perfect accommodation for a family gathering. Beautifully sized living room with sufficient kitchen. The view of nature from the jacuzzi is also very pleasant. In short, we had a very pleasant weekend!

This short stay delighted the whole family! We were in the small "carcotier" cottage, sufficient and suitable for a family of 2 adults + 2 children. Great pool and hot tub, the beautiful garden, our children enjoyed it, the parents too! Marina is very friendly and available, she lives on site with her family, in complete discretion. The accommodation is well-equipped, wifi didn't work but that wasn't a problem. Beautiful discovery of the region, good restaurants and market (in Brou), beautiful walks around, we recommend Bonneval and its electric boat ride. Dad loved his birthday/Father's Day weekend, a nice place to remember!

We had a fabulous time. The house is beautiful: spacious, stylish, clean, and well equipped (including a well stocked kitchen). The outside space is fantastic too - a private patio to eat and relax, with the friendly noises of the chickens in the background and just a few metres from the beautiful pool. We all loved the pool - especially our five-year-old. It is large enough to swim properly and the cover means we could comfortably use it on cooler days. The surrounding area is well located to visit a range of local towns. Martine was lovely: helpful and always available when needed, but we also felt we have the privacy and space to relax into our holiday home. A fantastic holiday. Thank you, Martine.

We had a very nice week with the family. Patrick is a very welcoming host. The area is rich in very pretty Norman villages. Beautiful activities are accessible by car.

The accommodation is amazing, tastefully restored and well appointed, the environment is beautiful and quiet!! The big plus is the brewery next door that allows you to eat and drink a very good craft beer and play games. Celine is very kind, available and welcoming.

We were a group of 10 people spending a weekend at Marielle's house and it was a great experience, above our expectations! The house was clean and well-equipped, no one lacked anything. We were able to enjoy the large garden, the terrace, as well as walks in the surroundings recommended by Marielle. But what gives this rental even more charm is Marielle herself. She is generous and caring, always attentive and available to her guests. A real gem! And she's funny too :) Today we only have one desire: to book our weekend at Marielle's for next year!

Nothing but superlatives! Probably one of the best homes visited. The setting is beautiful, the mansion just as much, with its beautiful living rooms combining authenticity and comfort. The bedding is of high quality, extremely comfortable, and the equipment is excellent. Carole is very inviting and offers good advice. And very considerate! The heating turned on for our infant was very kind. Thank you again for hosting us and for a great stay!

We had a great time at Sophie's, who was very welcoming. This house is idyllic if you are looking for peace. The children enjoyed the garden, swing, badminton and ping pong available. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedding!

It's a really atypical and very charming house... We felt so good, it was a shame the stay was so short. The hosts are very friendly. We really enjoyed the waterfront terrace. For nature and river lovers, then I recommend 👍

Anne is a great host and we really enjoyed our stay in the very rustic and beautiful property. The surrounding countryside is idyllic and we enjoyed our forest walks. The garden is fully fenced off which was a bonus for our dog Reggie! The ‘old grocery store’ is highly recommended!

the accommodation is ideal! we were a group of friends with a lot of children. they had a great time! the accommodation is large and spacious, we were able to enjoy the stay to spend convivial evenings. the bedrooms are not all equal in terms of space but everyone was able to find their space. jean jacques is friendly and flexible in terms of departure times, with babies it's a real plus, we were able to make them eat quietly and leave for their siesta! the garden is beautiful! we did not have the adequate weather but in case of good weather it must be very nice! Great location, close to Gacé, Camembert and Vimoutiers. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The place is very quiet. No worries about parking, even with a van. The host is very friendly, we were hosted very well and had a lovely stay!

Lovely few days in Normandy.. we used Marc’s place as a hub for exploring Omaha beach & Caen over D-day weekend which was about 40mins-1h from Epaney. House was everything we needed, clean, lovely grounds. Shame we couldn’t use the pool due to the weather but pool area looked lovely. Thanks Marc. 👍🏽
