The Upper Old Town is like a beautiful Renaissance village on a hill above the Lower Old Town. The apartment is located in the completely renovated Bortenmacherhaus (17th century) with original beams, wooden floor with underfloor heating, a great bathroom with shower, tub and glass ceiling, a gallery, a small balcony and historic vending machines.

The apartment is located directly on a boat dock and a cycling and hiking trail (Altmühlpanoramaweg). Direct access to the water, which can also be used for fishing, canoeing and SUP.
