It has a large and a small bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet. Ideal for individuals, couples and families with 1-2 children. The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. There are also private things of ours available.

First floor apartment, with a small entrance area, a bright, friendly full glass door, with a friendly bathroom facing southwest and a large bright room, which gets its special charm from the huge arched window. The view of our private courtyard, with traditional round timber and our beautiful 90-year-old walnut tree. The south side provides bright light flooding. On the southwest side is a small separate sitting area, with barbecue facilities. Renovated in 2022.

On our approx. 2000 m² property there are 2 apartments. The roof surfaces are well insulated from the inside and outside. The apartment is cozy and quiet. All rooms have windows. A parking space on the premises is available for the FW. If you have multiple cars or vans, there are parking spaces nearby. In about 500 m are the S-Bahn station and ferry terminal, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the area.

Welcome to the trial living in our tiny loft. You are welcome to spend nights in ecological minimalism. The tiny house is idyllically situated on the Wildberg Manor. Beautiful hiking trails in the winding left-bank valleys are just as much to be discovered as the wine town of Radebeul with the Spitzhaus and the historic village green Alt-Kötzschenbroda (pubs). The cleaning fee of €30 is payable in cash. Bookings from 01/28/26 include these costs.

The old building has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail and offers all the amenities you need to feel good on about 60 m². Sustainable and natural materials were used and so, for example, the field stone construction has also remained an eye-catcher inside. The secluded location of the house provides a wide view over the surrounding meadows, where sheep and goats graze.
