In 15 minutes, you can hike through the vineyards to reach Seußlitzer Schloß; the Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 meters (1,300 feet) from our place; you can relax in the Goltzscha natural swimming pool. perfect . You will stay on 75 square meters, in a lovingly renovated, state-of-the-art old building apartment in industrial style, with underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, cozy bedrooms with smart TV and a noble living room with dining area. The apartment is located in Dresden-Löbtau. Within walking distance you can reach lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport in a few minutes, with which you are in the city center in 10-15 minutes.

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

The apartment is located on the edge of the Radebeul vineyards between Dresden and Moritzburg in the district of Boxdorf. Arrival via the Dresden Wilder Mann highway exit in 5 minutes. From Dresden Airport you can reach us by bus line 80 (towards Omsewitz) in 20 minutes. Excursions to the city center of Dresden are also easily accessible by public transport.

The Koboldhütte is a modern renovated apartment in a house from 1750. The ceiling height is, as was customary at the time, about 2 meters!
