The 70 m² apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. From the living room you enter the terrace. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß. The Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 m away from us. Parking for cars as well as the use of 2 bicycles are free of charge. This also applies to the storage of your bikes and the associated charging station. Moritzburg, Meissen and Dresden are great places to visit.

KOKO 1 - perfect for family's

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

Our house offers everything you need for a nice stay in Dresden. In the middle of the trendy district, an idyllic house with a rural ambiance awaits you. You can expect a modern flair with a lot of love for detail. The house is very spacious and fully equipped. The location is quiet, but still directly adjacent to the trendy Dresden Neustadt district. 2-room apartment in a quiet location with good connections

Our apartment is located in the attic of our residential building with a beautiful view over the quiet district of Klotzsche. It consists of a living room and a bedroom as well as a hallway, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The walk to the tram that goes directly to the city center takes about 5 minutes. Basically, everyone is welcome with us, but the apartment is not barrier-free due to the location in the attic and difficult to reach for small children.

From Dresden Airport you can reach us by bus line 80 (towards Omsewitz) in 20 minutes. Excursions to the city center of Dresden are also easily accessible by public transport.
