We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

The last bastion of Einbeck

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

Apartment in the forester's house. Secluded location in the Solling-Vogler Nature Park, 5 km southwest of Fredelsloh, 30 km/35 min. to Göttingen. A 90 square meter apartment, fully equipped, terrace, lots of garden, sauna. Heavenly peace guaranteed. For ecological reasons, I am happy to have bed linens and towels brought along for stays of less than 7 nights. If you still want a laundry package consisting of 2 towels and 1 set of bed linen, please pay €30 per person.

This beautiful modern apartment renovated with natural stone floors and lime plaster in the former glass studio Rautschke is beautifully located on the outskirts. In the light-flooded living area with a very nice view of the valley, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. The apartment is completely on the ground floor and barrier-free. Modern meets half-timbered architecture from 1850. The old barn area can sleep, relax and enjoy 4 people. In addition to the tasteful Scandinavian-style décor with lots of wood, there is a wood-burning stove, a sauna and an interesting beam construction.
