Had a peaceful and restful stay at this Airbnb. The Airbnb was so perfect for anyone looking to get a mental break and recover from busy schedule. The beach was just minutes away and there was no need to drive around. Peter was incredibly responsive and great! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and recover from a busy week!

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s a cute little home with all the amenities you may need. The place is cozy and very modern. I would definitely recommend if you are visiting the University as it’s a short walk!

This was a perfect spot for me and my friends, the pictures matched exactly what you’ll be walking into. It was very spacious and clean. host is extremely kind and communicative, i would definitely recommend staying here.

ive stayed in tons of airbnbs n this was genuinely my favorite one thus far as it was incredible in every aspect! it was clean, safe, exactly as described if not bigger than i imagined, and comfortable. Laura was also so wonderful to work with. She was so friendly and utterly helpful for my many questions — very accommodating to my needs as well! the price was great as well especially considering everything available to us. i would absolutely 100% return next time im in the area. 10/10 experience!

This place meant a lot to us as our family of 3 spent a whole 6 months here during a job transition! It’s the perfect location - walkable to so much - and surprisingly quiet at night for such a busy area. Joe always responded when needed, but we didn’t hear much from him otherwise. Carlos, the handyman is the best! Great layout, too - two full bathrooms in such a small space! Highly recommend this spot.

They were amazing. I had a hiccup with the shower, and they came to fix it right away! (Amazing shower btw) Also, I got the flu while I was there and they made it so easy to tack on an extra night. Thank you guys! I’m so grateful for that space.

My family and I had a great time at John's place. Peaceful, with everything a family may need to enjoy a mini-vacation. With beautiful surroundings and close to grocery stores and the beach.

We have now stayed at Loredana's home more than a handful of times over the last few years, and it has come to be somewhat of a home away from home. We have our favorite list of restaurants there, we can walk to dinner, we enjoy the market that is close by, and of course, know that Loredana's home is always clean, comfy and fits our needs perfectly. The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Rebecca is a wondeful host! The condo is super clean and made me feel right at home. The artsy environment gave off a calming vibe. restaurants, coffee shops and more all within a 10 minute walk. I can't wait to book my next stay here.
