Cristian is an excellent host, extraordinary communication, always very attentive to my needs. The place is true to the description, we came as a family including the four-legged blessings and we all enjoyed it very much. Very nice sized space to share with family or friends. It was a great plus to go at the end of the year. At the hotel there were fireworks and dynamics with Cantoya balloons, which made our experience more magical. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended accommodation.

Casa Apapacho: With a pool, WiFi and close to everything

The photographs don't do it justice, nor do they show how comfortable the pool area is and that it is quite large. The water temperature was very pleasant, yes, from 10:00 onwards, because before that you need courage🤭. The location is very central and has shops, a restaurant and a butcher very close by. Estela's attention was always attentive, dedicated and very kind. They left us oil, salt, sugar and a jug of water, which is a great touch and is appreciated🥰. The house is spacious, it has everything you need, even a table to eat near the barbecue and we liked it because of the room on the ground floor for our grandmother, for whom they provided extra blankets. The only detail is that the ad says there is a treadmill, which we were looking for, and unfortunately they no longer have it. Despite that detail, we would definitely like to return and spend a few nice days of rest again.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The space is enormous, exactly as described in the pictures, which was perfect for our group. The added access to the jacuzzi and playgrounds was a great bonus, especially for relaxing and keeping you entertained. That said, there are a few minor drawbacks. Some amenities were missing—not a big deal but worth noting (e.g., no iron). The audio system is outdated and only supports a 3.5mm jack, which isn't very convenient for modern devices. Additionally, being close to the lake and untouched land means you'll encounter insects, including ants and the occasional cockroach, so be prepared for that. Despite these small issues, it’s a fantastic place with plenty of room and great features. I’d recommend it for those who value space and relaxation, just keep the minor cons in mind when planning your stay.

Our stay at the house was simply perfect. Since we arrived, everything was impeccably clean and well maintained. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, which made us rest wonderfully every night. The pool was another big plus: the water was at a perfect temperature, ideal for relaxing at any time of the day. Everything worked great and the house had everything you need to spend a few incredible days. We'll definitely be back soon!

Very good accommodation option. It is more spacious than it looks in photos; very nice and located in a residential area with access to pool; the location is also very good since in a short time you are already on the Lake; the host gave us several local options that were of many help. In summary if I recommend it if you are looking for something nice and conveniently located.

Everything was amazing, Adriana and Epi's attention definitely made a difference, the photos match perfectly with the listing and the house is beautiful and ideally located by the lake! As a point of improvement the mattresses are very uncomfortable, some changes are urgently needed.

Excellent place, it has direct access to the lake so we could use our inflatable boat without problems. The restaurant next door is very good, although a little slow, but it's worth it. You can also rent boats or jet skis there. The pool is big enough to have fun and the water was perfect to cool off from the heat we had on these dates. The house and garden are very well maintained and there are several spaces to enjoy outdoors. The rooms are good and have air conditioning. Large TV in the living room. The internet is stable and fast, and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The people who help and the owner are very friendly and always attentive. We would definitely come back.

I really liked it, it is comfortable, beautiful and Abraham was always very kind and respectful and was not intrusive, none of that, I commented because I read a comment that said there was no privacy but in my experience it was not like that. I consider the caldera not occupied, with the March weather the water was in point. He was also very kind with the departure time, he did not press at all. Thank you very much for everything

Beautiful stay with a very sweet host. Laura made the trip so pleasant with her help and hospitality. The pool and lake effect made all the difference on a hot weekend. Unfortunate circumstances of cancellations from other platforms brought us to the listing, which otherwise I would not have paid inflated holiday and music festival prices for the weekend. We still truly enjoyed the experience and would consider booking again.

The house is very comfortable to spend fun-filled days with family or friends in the infinity pool, the garden which is very well maintained, the pier where you can see spectacular sunsets and the lake that is the main protagonist of your stay in this house. The only thing is that both the lake and the house's small beach had a lot of dead fish due to the season, but it's definitely not a house issue. Ursula's service is excellent, immediate and first-class, she is always attentive and gave us very good advice before arriving, so we had a better time than we expected. Also, Ernesto's service, who takes care of the property, is also excellent. He was always attending to any need at the time in the place and with great kindness. And finally, the kitchen and cleaning people, very good cooks, super helpful and in general all very kind! I highly recommend the property!!!

Excellent location . Fernando was always answering our questions. The apartment met our needs. The terrace, very spacious with everything you need.

The house is very accessible to enter, the rooms, the living areas and the pool are very nice. The living room needs to be cleaned and the kitchen needs a few more cooking utensils. Everything else is very good and Nancy's service is very good.

Excellent attention, always attentive to everything, the lady who helps very helpful. The only detail I put in the house, was that the bathrooms smelled like caño and if it stayed open the door stank the room. The house was in good condition, amenities, nice view, comfortable for several people, there are no shops nearby so it is better to buy everything before not to complicate, part of the access is from terraceria but it is not difficult to reach following the GPS. We really liked the place and had a great time. There is always someone attentive to what is needed regarding the services of the house and amenities, such as boiler themes, jacuzzi, boat services, etc.

The house was as shown in the photos, the communication with the hosts was good and they were always attentive to what was necessary, the place was very cozy about the entire pool area. The people in charge such as Mr. Felipe and Mrs. Mary, who are in charge of the house, they are very nice people and they were always attentive to our needs, just as a suggestion because I was in the month of December it is that they put blankets or blankets, since at night towards some cold and the beds only have sheets. I highly recommend it and we hope to return soon.
