Oscar is an amazing host, he was so kind and welcomed me into his home like I was his longtime friend. We actually ended up becoming friends and shared a few meals together. The home is super clean, the roof has a great view of the mountains and for sunset/sunrise.

The place with Norma was excellent. She and her family were very kind to us. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The location is also good. Norma and her family were very hospitable to us. I would stay with them again.

A very quiet place with easy access. The neighborhood is safe, there are some food places nearby in case you don't want to go down to the center of Tepoztlán, which is a 10-minute drive away. The view is nice, the place is clean and has a large space with grass and green areas. Josué is an impeccable host, always attentive and willing to help. Definitely recommended.

We had an amazing time. The pool, the gardens and the tennis court all were in prestige condition. Jessica was super responsive and effective in her communication. The flexibility to allow us to change the dates slightly, deal with some minor first-day adjustments with the neighbors and offer to get some laundry done was extremely helpful. The house is very nice, Erika is very friendly and attentive. I would only suggest supplying more sanitary paper as we were somewhat limited and in the end we had to buy because they did not take us anymore and the communication with the man in charge was slow, he did not answer until after a long time, he told me that I was going to the house to attend some details and I was not going to be late or I was video calling. We paid 3 days of boiler and on the third day the water was not so hot anymore. Except for those details, it seemed like a very nice place and stay.

Great place to stay in Cuernavaca! Comfortable, private guest suite. Well located a 20 minute walk or 10 minute drive to INSP, 20 minute drive to city center, quiet neighborhood. Host was accommodating and helpful!
