The house is very nice and nicely cared for. The cleanliness of the place is very good. The service provided by Claudia and the people who help with the care and supervision of the house was friendly and efficient. We had a great time.

Everything excellent! The house is super comfortable and the outdoor areas are amazing! You can see the attention to detail, both in terms of cleanliness and having everything you might need on hand.

It is a very comfortable house to spend time with the family in the Lomas de Cocoyoc subdivision. All the rooms have their own bathroom and the fact that two of them are next to the garden with the pool makes it even more comfortable. The area is very quiet and with the security of being inside the subdivision, I would definitely stay again.

My friend and I really enjoyed Esther's house, the tastefully Mexican-style decoration, the courtyard of the giant property, the very friendly staff. The house sits on grounds of a spotless state with beautiful high school horses, we saw them just a few minutes because we were attending an event a few miles away. Comfortable beds, very clean and a house with a good sized floor. Next time we go to Ticumán we plan to stay here again.

Excellent choice, one of the best there is!!!! EXCELLENT: Although the pool does not have a boiler, the solar heater kept the Jacuzzi hot (with delicious hydromassage!). The pool is warm and very cool. The pool table, ping pong table, foosball, soccer field, squash court, basketball court and children's area are all worth it!!!! Many green areas, many very clean rooms and all with mosquito nets, the barbecue has firewood. Private parking. Mr. Efrén is extremely friendly HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. WE'LL BE BACK!!! CONSIDER: The kitchen is very small, so large families have to carry the food to the barbecue area, but there are several steps and it can be tiring. The wifi is non-existent in most of the house. Bring several tennis balls, soccer ball and basketball to enjoy to the fullest. There are no department stores nearby, they are 20-30 minutes away. Take everything at once!! Don't forget bug repellent

Excellent option to go in a group, the place has good distribution, comfortable rooms, bathrooms, and sufficient amenities to have a pleasant time, feel comfortable and live super well, I definitely recommend it and I will return in the future

We were happy!! The hosts' service was excellent, they had a super nice touch, the pool and garden were the best! The gardener gets a 10, super attentive, everything seemed nice to me, the house is super nice, everything gets a 100!!!

For those of us who want to be close to nature, this place is a paradise. It's amazing to see peacocks in the wild and how they relate to each other. In addition to a lot of flora and fauna that surround the place. The house is very nice and comfortable, it has everything you need for a quiet and environmentally friendly stay. Fernanda told us all about the place and the great effort that has been made and is being made to maintain it. Always warm and helpful, there was a lot of empathy and we became friends immediately. A little isolated, yet within walking distance of the town, the space is very nice, lots of light, with a very practical kitchen and plenty of cooking tools provided. Garden is nice and big, the water was hot, and the pressure was good. Maybe the only complaint would be the wifi sometimes dipped very low, which is not great if you need to work, but otherwise great.

Everything was excellent from the time of booking to check-out. Miriam was very friendly and attentive whenever we needed her help. The house is super complete to enjoy a few days of relaxation or even something more lively and with more people. The entrance has enough space for several cars. The dog park gets all the applause. Not only is it very well set up, but it is also 100% designed to enjoy the whole day out there. To summarize the deal. It was like staying at a very close friend's house. I really liked the place. It is large and is in a quiet and private area. The kitchen is very well equipped and the whole house was clean. Ariane was friendly and quick to respond.

Since we rented the house, everything was incredible, from the service to the amenities, just as it is in the ad, it is exactly what they tell you. Highly recommended for having a good time with friends and relaxing.

Cecilia’s house was absolutely beautiful! The decor is so thoughtful and cool and the whole vibe of the house is really creative and special. She’s an incredibly sweet host and very accommodating when we had to make a last minute change to our pet situation - plus she has great local recommendations. I absolutely hope to return one day! Can’t recommend this place enough - thank you for opening your home to us!

A really lovely place. beautiful grounds, a well stocked kitchen, helpful staff, and an easy to reach location. the pool is great, and the oven works!

As favorable points, I highlight the friendliness and attention of the host, as well as the cleanliness and location of the house, which is very close to the walking center. As points of improvement: the pool does not have a boiler and the water was too cold; they do not leave the pool filter on and if the water gets cloudy, you have to call the host to take the filter; there is only one bathroom inside the house and the toilet tank took a long time to fill; the lounge chairs sink, without super uncomfortable.

Very comfortable house, in a quiet area, a little inland, but no problems if you go with a navigation app. The house was clean and the person who delivers the address is very kind, explains the rules and if you need anything, there are areas to eat relatively close, great variety, all no more than 5-7 min by car (Oxxo, restaurant, etc.). In general, very good, the pool is very comfortable and for the time of year I traveled, it was always warm, even in the morning it was warm. I would suggest perhaps a water check, since it began to have a slightly peculiar smell and not chlorine, but nothing out of the ordinary or that has no solution, much less that makes it impossible or difficult to enjoy it. Very spacious and clean house, beware of the heat because it was a bit difficult to spend the first night, I recommend it for a quiet break from the routine, communication with Hector was excellent

The house is big, the only thing I would change is that there should be air conditioning because the heat is very strong and it is impossible to sleep. In general, it is as shown in the pictures, we had a great time.

The truth is that everything is excellent, I would only recommend giving it a little maintenance since the rooms have humidity on the walls and the bathrooms have problems with the drains. Apart from that, there is no problem, everything is very good.

The house is amazing, very nice and spacious. It has plenty of privacy and several common areas to spend time with the family. Although it does not have car parking, they give you the option of parking it very close to the house. Adriana and her mom's service is very good, always attentive and on top of everything. The house is excellent, very nice. The industrial style combines very well with the environment, simple but elegant. The location is very good, quite close to downtown Tepoz. Teresa is always attentive to everything and very helpful. I liked that there are "Uber Eats" type delivery people and they take everything to the house. The privacy and calm in the place is excellent to relax and get away from the city. In short, highly recommended
