Completely renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath end unit condo at 8 1/2 Marina Village - easy ICW and beach access. Dock your boat in the private marina just outside the back door in our 45' boat slip or enjoy one of the many amenities that our community offers. Play tennis, pickleball, go to the pool or just relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the deck. The beach is just a short 5 minute walk away. Our apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment over a detached garage. It is close to 900 sq ft. It has 1 king size bed with frame and a trundle bed with two twin beds that can be utilized if you have kids or additional guests. It s best for 2 adults and 2 children. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer available in the apartment. We also have a 8 foot deep in ground swimming pool on premises. You must be 18 or older to use and or swim in the pool without adult supervision.
