You can walk to Shevans Park or drive 5 minutes to downtown Beaufort, 5 minutes to Atlantic Beach and 25 min to Cherry Point. Boat ramp access is 2 blocks away (1 min).

This fully remodeled 1940's Beaufort gem is steps from Town Creek Marina and Front Street! Shops, restaurants, tours and several ferry options are within walking distance. The house offers two queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms, laundry, reading nook, fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels, beach cart, yard games & so much more. The 'Outhouse' is attached to the deck and is a separate space to hangout, watch movies & use the PS4. There is everything you need at the Mermaid Cottage!
