Forget your worries in this quiet apartment on the first floor with a balcony near the center (only 10 min. walk, 5 min. large park and river) grocery store, church, restaurant, bus around the corner. 2 x toilet, satellite channels, WIFI. The garden and driveway with the main gate are shared with me and my wife (we have another private entrance to the side building). There is a parking lot in the yard and another place for the car in front of the gate.
