The house from the outside is a prefabricated building, not necessarily beautiful. But inside the apartment is so beautiful, quiet, cozy and the wine garden is a dream. I sleep inside, not outside. It didn't bother me at all, the elevator was helpful. Overall, the small apartment was perfect! Clean, central enough, cozy, beautifully decorated and the contact impeccable. Would come back in a heartbeat. I recommend it without reservation and felt wonderfully comfortable and relaxed! Thanks

We stayed for a 4 day family weekend with 5 adults, 2 children and a dog in the apartment Dagmar. It is very spacious, it has everything you need and the location is ideal for activities. The great waterfront park, the spa, downtown and boat dock are within walking distance, and the train station is also not far away. Lots of options, whether in autumn or summer for a great time. Helmut welcomed us very nicely, had provided many tips for us and even fresh fruit! Special highlight, not only for the kids, was the foosball table :) We felt very comfortable and would come back immediately!

Alice and Boris's apartment is very pleasant, clean and well-equipped. It is located a little outside of Überligen, minutes from the center. Inside the apartment, it was very quiet (in summer, outside, however you can hear the traffic from a fairly busy road). We highly recommend this modern rental.

We had a very pleasant stay at Petra and Thomas' apartment. Highlight for us were the beautiful big new bathroom and also the beautiful, well equipped, kitchen. Also, the apartment was outstandingly clean everywhere! The apartment is centrally located, we were mainly traveling by bus, train and ferry, which is very feasible from this apartment, as the train station is only a 2-minute walk away and the harbor is a 5-minute walk away, which makes the apartment a really great starting point for many day activities around Lake Constance. Petra's very clear and accommodating communication has just made checking in and out very easy and hassle-free. If we go on vacation in Friedrichshafen again, we will be happy to stay in an apartment of Petra and Thomas again!

Cozy and at the same time very modern place to stay. Supermarkets etc. are within 5 minutes' walking distance. The smart home concept with control of the interior takes a little getting used to, the blinds just open at 7 AM if that was set beforehand 😆 But of course you can set everything the way you want, with music in the bathroom for example. The induction stove is also classy. If you have any questions, the host is always available, which is a big plus. Glad to come back!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and the surroundings and were able to relax wonderfully, as well as make great excursions in the Lake Constance region. The area is also highly recommended in winter. In the apartment we immediately felt at home and it was superbly equipped and bright. Also easy to reach by public transport, as long as you have no problem with a short walk uphill.

I booked the accommodation for my in-laws from America. They felt at home and were very satisfied. Sparkling clean and very modern. Will recommend the place.

There were three of us and we enjoyed the time very much. In the area you can do a lot and is optimal for cycling. We also did the pub and sunsettipp and is definitely recommended. The apartment is very quiet with views of Lake Constance. Thanks to Nikil's tip, we were able to buy organic vegetables directly from the producer. The apartment was clean and the kitchen has the most important utensils. We will be happy to come back sometime:-). And safe by bike.

Philipp's place was neat and clean. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures. The kitchen offered sufficiently good amenities and had everything you need. The decor was discreet and tasteful. The environment is very quiet and relaxing. There was ample parking. In the area there were some beautiful hiking trails and various excursion destinations to reach in about 30 minutes. Overall highly recommended!

Even before the start of our trip, we had such a friendly contact with Petra and Roger. Everything went wonderfully from start to finish. The location is perfect, with many possibilities for excursions (Wutach Gorge, Schluchsee, Rhine Falls, Titisee, Lake Constance, Zurich and much more). A perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet in the countryside and still be able to see a lot. Lorian and Team House is a fantastic place to stay :) The location is incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance—tram and train stations, several grocery options, and even the airport is just a short distance away. Despite being next to the rail tracks, the house is impressively quiet inside. The house itself is charming, with a well-maintained, vintage feel. It’s ideal for groups, as it offers six spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. One note for accessibility: the bedrooms are either upstairs or in the basement, with small steps, so it may not be ideal for those using a wheelchair. However, for everyone else, it’s absolutely perfect. Highly recommend! ! !

I had a wonderful time at Valerie and Tobi's place! The house was not only tastefully furnished, but also sparkling clean and equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Valerie and Tobi were very friendly and attentive hosts who were available for any questions and had helpful tips about the area. We felt right at home from the beginning. Fresh linens + towels, so like at home. Without a car there is bad, it is bad because you are there for hiking.

A great apartment! We felt very comfortable. The kitchen is really superbly equipped and the balcony is a dream. It was also very clean and the communication with Christina was very straightforward and friendly.
