We had a lovely time at the Villa. The villa is very rustic and traditional. Paolo was very helpful and responsive. The villa had everything you could need, well equipped kitchen and lots for the kids to do outside. Would consider coming back again.

We loved our stay at Frederico’s. We spent lots of time in the pristine pool as it was a particularly hot time of year. Frederico was happy for us to walk around the beautiful grounds of Villa Grabau and also gave us a fascinating tour of the Villa. The Villa is situated in a stunning part of Tuscany and there are other Villas that tourists can visit in the surrounds. It’s a 10 minute drive to the walled city of Lucca. Our only comment would be that aircon in the home is upstairs only and the kitchen area which is downstairs, can get particularly hot, especially when doing any sort of cooking. if someone is looking for a quiet and beautiful place, this is the place for you! We stayed at Villa sole mio for a week. The view is far-reaching and beautiful. The villas are a little remote meaning that you have to be mobile, but you get peace throughout the day. The location is ideally located geographically and you can reach Lucca,Pisa,Siena and Florence. You can also reach the sea within 45 minutes. Ideal to visit cities in the morning and enjoy the fantastic pool with the view in the afternoon. Our host, Martina was very friendly and always helpful. The employees who work on the property are also very friendly and keep the complex in good shape. What should be mentioned is the access road to the villa. You can only reach the villas by a narrow one-lane pebble path of about 400 m long. A sports car or a lowered vehicle is not recommended. I can only recommend Villa sole mio. Would go there again immediately.

This accommodation is incredibly beautiful, and the sunsets were a masterpiece. Leonardo was super friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond to questions, offering advice and tips on everything from restaurants to activities. We stayed here for a week and drove to Florence for a day. Be sure to ask Leonardo about the best places to park in Florence, as parking in the city can be difficult. Londa is a small village, very peaceful and relaxing if you enjoy that kind of atmosphere. You can also take the train into Florence if you're looking for a bit more city life.

It is an impressive experience to book Gianna's house, her families are super Great.

There is an amusement park and a park right in front, and the natural environment is so good. The house was also very usable in each space. Hosts love people and especially children. From board games to skating, soccer, and table tennis, they helped me enjoy the space and stick to my schedule.

We had a wonderful visit, celebrating my mothers birthday. Francesca was so friendly and accomodating during our stay, and we were welcomed with a prepared home cooked meal when we arrived late at night. The house and it’s surroundings are beautiful. A very warm recommendation.

We felt right at home at this place. Beautifully designed and furnished with a nice backyard. A Tuscan villa located in a quiet neighborhood right at the gate of the historic town. Responsive and nice hosts. They even offered to make restaurant reservations for us. Would love to go back one day.

“I don’t think there is a more romantic place on Earth,” were my girlfriend’s words as we stepped into Marco’s charming villa. It was hands-down the BEST Airbnb we have ever stayed at. You know how there are some people who in the first moment of meeting them you can just tell that they are a wonderful person? That was Marco. As soon as we got there, we were welcomed with a tour of the property, breathtaking landscape, and local treats! Marco and his wife gave us so many helpful recommendations for us to enjoy our stay in Florence. They were so friendly and made us feel right at home. Inside the home was very spacious, private, beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. It has everything you could need from delicious treats, an espresso maker, warm shower, washing machine, and cozy blankets. You can’t find a better place to stay and you won’t stop saying, “wow!” We used Ubers and walked to get around and both were so easy, we recommend doing a mix of both!

Gorgeous rustic villa in the Tuscan Hills. Very useful that accommodation is across two houses and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would add is a sofa to slouch on for rainy nights or after walking the beautiful cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Great laundry for long stay guests. Brenda was very responsive and accommodating.

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

We had a really nice week together. The house is large, clean, everything has been thought of and close to the city. The pool was lovely and also kept well clean. It's a bit of the house, so it's nice that you bring drinks with you. It is great that there is a refrigerator, toilet and shower by the pool. There are plenty of beds by the pool and there are also umbrellas. Communication with the owner was also great. A quick and clear response every time

We had a wonderful stay at Olga’s spacious, spotless home, which truly felt like a slice of Tuscan paradise. It's one of those rare occasions where the photos don’t do the place justice—the house is even more beautiful in person. Although we couldn’t enjoy the pool due to the cooler weather, we still felt fully immersed in the beautiful landscape, thanks to the large garden and access to lush green areas all around us. We felt right at home, Olga was a fantastic and lovely host—she took care of everything we needed and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. Always available and eager to help, Olga offered great recommendations, from the best local sites to visit to hidden gems in nearby towns. She even went the extra mile to help with restaurant reservations. We can’t recommend Olga’s place enough! This was a true Tuscan experience.

The property are spectacular, with all the amenities, Anna is an excellent host, courteous, friendly and willing to help, we loved the property and enjoyed our stay very much. It is a place we recommend 100% and if we return to Italy we would love to stay there again. It's close to Florence and other cities in Tuscany. There are supermarkets 3 minutes from the property, as well as restaurants and everything you need for a wonderful stay.

We had a very nice vacation at Claudia's place. The house and pool are actually much nicer than the pictures show. There is enough space and the garden and pool are opaque. There is a dog who screams something in the evening, which has rather led to amusement with us. We will be happy to come back!

Amazing hosts and super private house with everything needed for an amazing stay. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking as well. It’s placed in an amazing landscape- but you do need good driving skills to get there (non-paved) road through the wood. After the challenging road your stay is as private as it gets. No neighbors around anywhere!! Everything was absolutely wonderful, we would definitely come back. Thank you very much:)

Everything was exactly as described and shown. Communication with Franco and his father went smoothly. The house may not be easy to find; we were picked up at a meeting point, which made many things easier. With large, bulky cars, the route was not easy to drive, but doable. The amenities were great, a small oven was available, it could have been a little bigger. In one bathroom, the shower and toilet are opposite each other and after the shower, half the bathroom is very wet. But it was no problem for us. The pool and grounds are wonderful! We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation at Franco's and find that the price-performance ratio was right. We can recommend Franco's house in good conscience and hopefully have the opportunity to come back again!

Very nice accommodation located in a quiet and refreshing place. Impeccably clean, furnished as the description. The terrace overlooking the olive trees is a delight. Eugenia is very responsive, attentive and very friendly!! Best suited with children.

We were 9 people who lived in the house and enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and has good air conditioning on the upper floor. The highlight is definitely the great pool where our kids had a lot of fun! The house has a great location to explore the beautiful Tuscany (Lucca, Pisa, Florence, 5Terre,...). The infrastructure in the village offers everything you need and the landlady was always available for questions and very helpful. Thank you!!!

A unique and special experience awaits you if you book to stay with Roberta and Georgio! Not only is the apartment spotless, charming and neat as a pin, but the are so many extras too. The local recommendations are excellent, and your hosts will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and provide you with everything you need (and more). Having a kitchen full of breakfast foods already stocked, made our stay with children so much easier. If you are looking for a holiday that is luxurious, culturally enriching and peaceful, then look no further. You will need a car to get here, but it's totally worth the trip. Couldn't have asked for more, and have never stayed anywhere better. Highly recommended.
