Villa vacation rentals in Monzuno

Everything was exactly as described and shown. Communication with Franco and his father went smoothly. The house may not be easy to find; we were picked up at a meeting point, which made many things easier. With large, bulky cars, the route was not easy to drive, but doable. The amenities were great, a small oven was available, it could have been a little bigger. In one bathroom, the shower and toilet are opposite each other and after the shower, half the bathroom is very wet. But it was no problem for us. The pool and grounds are wonderful! We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation at Franco's and find that the price-performance ratio was right. We can recommend Franco's house in good conscience and hopefully have the opportunity to come back again!

We adored our stay here. The pool was epic according to the kids. it was clean and had everything we needed. communication was excellent - despite our many questions! flexibility on the check-in time was very gratefully received as we d been up since 1am traveling. we soon got used to the mountain roads and saw lots of the local area however Pesica itself is lovely. tons of space for our group of eight. we d love to come back

We had a great stay in a typical Italian village. The house is very big and has enough space for privacy. I totally recommend it!

This accommodation is incredibly beautiful, and the sunsets were a masterpiece. Leonardo was super friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond to questions, offering advice and tips on everything from restaurants to activities. We stayed here for a week and drove to Florence for a day. Be sure to ask Leonardo about the best places to park in Florence, as parking in the city can be difficult. Londa is a small village, very peaceful and relaxing if you enjoy that kind of atmosphere. You can also take the train into Florence if you're looking for a bit more city life.

Our 12-night stay was consistently positive, everything matched the description and pictures. We were able to enjoy a lot of time by the pool, especially in the heat we were very grateful for it. You should definitely be prepared for mosquitoes, which are sometimes very annoying, but the entire cottage is equipped with screens, so at least you have no problems inside. We were also grateful for the fans. Marta, Paolo and their families are very friendly and extremely accommodating hosts, we had a very nice time, thank you! Especially Pistoia is very worth seeing in the area, in Lucca there was very little going on in our time. The proximity to Florence is also very good.

Daniele and his mom were really nice. They provided us with useful information about the town of Vicchio and responded immediately to messages. If I had to go back to Vicchio I would go back here, easily accessible from the station and very quiet area Thank you for everything!

Great accommodation, definitely great value for money. Despite the bad weather we had during our trip, we had a great time in this accommodation. The tennis court and the large garden offer many opportunities for outdoor activities. To mention Gitanric swimming pool WITH springboard. Finally, Guido was kind enough to drop us off at the nearest bus station upon departure, which saved us a 2 rides. We can only recommend this accommodation!

Very clean, comfortable place to stay. A great place to base yourself to reach other villages in the Tuscany region. The villa was very warm for our winter stay.

This place was perfect for our needs, having booked the entire villa for a work retreat with 10 people. Everyone had their own space in the private rooms and the common spaces - the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen - were more than spacious, perfect for spending these days together as a group! Vittoria was always very helpful and kind. We hope to come back again!

Wonderful stay. Me and my friends can definitly recommend this AirBnB (We were 12 Persons, but their is more room for 2-4 other guests). Communication and the Villa were amazing. Villa Le Ferrette is so amazing place, the view, the house, the garden, the host - everything was just perfect. I was celebrating my 40th birthday there with my friends and I ordered dinner from the owner for my day and it was so good, everybody loved it. Stefano was so helpful and friendly all the time. We told him that we would like to move there :) we have travelled so many countries and rented several villas, but definitely Villa Le Fetrette is one of my favorite. We just loved the place :)

MariaGrazia is a particularly friendly, helpful hostess. The house has all the comforts, there is plenty of space around the house, all neatly maintained. The pool is a huge plus, especially if you come with a family. The pool was kept up every day. On her recommendation, we did a wine tasting in Frascole: well worth it. Also the yoga class offered was nice to do. All in all a beautiful comfortable house. Recommended!

Great location, peaceful and quiet. Amazing garden and nice swimming pool. Comfortable and well equipped house. The only downside was the low water pressure in the bathrooms.

Perfect accommodation and Luca is truly an exquisite person, friendly and above all available. We also had a nice chat before checking out, really top notch!

We had a lovely family holiday in beautiful surroundings. The accommodation was just as described and the pool a real bonus. Safe for my two grandchildren as it was gated. Lots of lovely local restaurants we went up into the mountain's visited Pisa, the local zoo which has a lovely resturant for lunch. Linda was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. I highly recommend this villa very quiet, peaceful and the surrounding areas stunning.

Super beautiful house in the heart of Tuscany. Rose is a caring host and is there for any further redos. She is living right next door and can help immediately if needed. When we had a blackout, she was there right away without having to text her. Would recommend to stay for a quiet getaway.
