Completely relax! Even if you are here for business. Cutthroat Cove is near the entrance to the Air Force Academy but feels like you are living in the woods. What a gem! Pinecrest Perch was perfect for our family of 4. The location is beautiful and peaceful with a creek running behind it. We even saw deer and a fox right from the porch. Everything was as described, and the host, Elizabeth, was helpful and always proactive with communication. We didn’t have any issues, but if we had, I know she would have taken care of things for us. We would definitely stay here again if we travel to Colorado in the future.

This was my first trip to Colorado. Me and my fiancé absolute loved it. It was very clean and so quiet and peaceful. Even though we was gone most of the days we was there, we still loved it. It had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this air bnb to anyone. The host are absolutely the sweetest.

Do not let the photos trick you, this is a steal for a home-away-from-home type bnb, especially if you access the less than 4 minute away Palmer Lake. The chicken fresh eggs and plants made it extra special for cooking meals and relaxing. Don’t hesitate to book ASAP.

We were here for a wedding at Palmer Lake. This was only 10 minutes from the venue. Also conveniently located to our family and activities in Colorado Springs. This was the CLEANEST air bnb we have ever stayed in. Our host purchased a new pack n play to accommodate our granddaughter. She also offered to purchase a stroller. She was very responsive when we had issues with the WiFi. The only real issue was that there was a burned out light in the primary water closet and one that flickered in the kitchen. And housekeeping neglected to leave extra paper products for us so we had to purchase them. Minor inconveniences. Overall this was an excellent property and I would stay here again for sure.

Shelly’s place was absolutely wonderful! It was a beautiful and secluded location in the mountains. But it was also easy to find and close enough to town. We enjoyed the privacy, how well thought out the house was designed, and all the wonderful amenities of the house. Shelly was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
