Monthly Rentals in Montrose Historic District

We loved this little cottage between downtown Fairhope and the Bay. We biked down to The Grand at Point Clear on the flat and accessible Eastern Shore Trail. We walked to town nearly every day for groceries, shopping and eating out. Tip: Gambinos restaurant is just a short walk, perfect dinner stop after our evening walks to the Bay for sunset. We were there for an historic snow storm. It was a bit of a challenge to keep warm, but layers, the HVAC system, an electric fireplace and plenty of extra bedding kept us cozy enough. Fairhopers are a friendly bunch! The owners responded rapidly to resolve minor issues and answer our questions. We'll be back!

Can’t say enough about this carriage house! Everything was perfect! There was a sweet little cake in the fridge from a local bakery, along with berries, yogurt, drinks and snacks in the cabinet. Every detail was very thoughtful and I felt like I was at a relatives house. The living room was the perfect place to watch tv and relax. I’d highly recommend using the bikes that are available, and ride down to the bay to watch the sunset. Thanks so much for a wonderful time. Can’t wait to come back.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Roni’s. It is such a super cute cozy apartment. It has such a warm feel that photos just aren’t able to capture. The location is perfect; parks, Mobile Bay, pickleball and tennis courts, good restaurants, bars, coffee shops and churches all walking distance. Roni is an excellent host, responsive, very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Roni’s place. I would love to stay there in the future.

Charlottte's place was a perfect spot for what I was in town for. The area is beautiful I got up early and took a walk everthing you may need is 5 - 15 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.
