Great private home, everything you need for a weekly stay. Available coffee , tea for morning and appliances for them. Shop nearby with everything you need for breakfast or lunch. Getting around the city attractions is easy with tram 2, which is a 2-3 minute walk from home. The castle , cathedral and art museum are a 20-25 minute walk away. Close to faculties. Lovely location. I recommend Mathis home. Responsive host. I and my husband were very pleased.

We chose this place for 2 nights in Angers, the accommodation was perfect with quick access to the train station and only 20 minutes from the city center on foot. The accommodation is spacious, well equipped and very well maintained. A very friendly arrival with a attention to detail that allowed us to have a perfect stay. Exactly what we were looking for. The parking spaces give a significant added value, the balcony to enjoy the calm and sweetness of Angevin and the proximity to the center make it a unique place. Very quiet street at night, we will return without hesitation!!

The accommodation is very well equipped with touches that matter: coffee pods, herbal tea, condiments... dishwasher tablets... It is very clean and well prepared, beds made. The only downside is the bathroom with an old bathtub and faucets. We were missing a sorting bin (for packaging). Delphine is a friendly and considerate host.

We had a lovely weekend at the place. The decoration has been tastefully done, the accommodation is located in the city center allowing access to shops/restaurants on foot. Communication with Nicolas is very easy.

I stayed with my family for 4 days and we felt right at home. Spacious, everything was clean, very quiet and with very good communication. A total hit! Fully accessible with a baby stroller.

We had a great stay with my family! The accommodation is very nice, perfectly equipped and really comfortable, it immediately feels like home. The bedding is of very good quality, and the surrounding calm allows total rest. We were lucky enough to enjoy the garden and its facilities, a real plus. My best Airbnb experience!! Annie France is an absolutely adorable host, who was very kind to my very late check-in schedule. The house is beautiful and the space dedicated to tenants is secluded enough from the house to enjoy a space at all. I would recommend it without a second thought!!

We were hosted very well by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. This listing's location allows you to discover and visit Nantes and its surroundings in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both household appliances and outing ideas was very helpful to us. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) made available to us for breakfast.
