Located on the banks of the Loire, a few kilometers from Nantes, L'Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Opposite the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, open-air café... but also the restaurants located nearby. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

Quiet, with easy, free parking, there are plenty of places to visit and walk less than 30 minutes from the flat, including Le Puy-du-Fou.

The studio is in the city center very close to shops (bakery, newspapers, grocery, pharmacy, restaurant, etc.) The Puy du Fou is 4 minutes away, you can easily return between the end of the park and the beginning of the cinema. You will find coffee, tea, oil, sugar, salt ... I can provide you with sheets, towels, tea towels at the price of 18€ with the bed made on your arrival:) To simplify your checkout, cleaning is included.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

The home was built in 2020. It is completely independent. This small house offers an outdoor courtyard, an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed (160 cm) and a TV. Bedroom with dressing room and a 160 cm bed. Shower room with double sink, shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is available. We are a 10-minute drive from Angers. We will be there to recommend the best deals. The tram, a supermarket and parking are nearby.

The living room opens onto a large 50 m² green terrace. All on a wooded plot of 800 m² The house is located in the quiet cul-de-sac, close to shops (supermarket, butcher, bakery, restaurant) and only 20 minutes from Puy du Fou.

Spacious, clean and warm accommodation in the village village with balcony and courtyard; located above a hairdressing salon. Accessible by an external staircase. There is no cleaning fee as it must be done before your departure, thank you🙂.
