Kind and available hosts. Beautifully decorated volumes. A perfectly equipped kitchen and a beautiful shower room resembling the Romans terms and a cherry on the cake: a beautiful and real wine cellar whose access is most original ...We had a great time there!!

Super cozy and well thought-out small apartment, bathroom and kitchen great, separate toilet (unfortunately loud, so rather difficult at night) Bed quality super good, pull-out sofa, cool wallpaper / wall design, nice ambience. Everything great! Only: unfortunately quite loud street :( And: for the stairs to the 2nd floor with luggage, you have to be sure-footed. In total: great and the communication with the landlords was perfect !!!

Positive assessment of this stay, even if I did not enjoy the apartment more than that (professional obligations oblige). I brought my mother with me, who was able to discover Cholet. She seemed delighted on the way back to Finistère. For your information, I took advantage of the stay to buy a belt in the cobbler's shop just below the accommodation. Laurent's place is in a great location, easy to walk to most parts of Nantes, but is also in a very peaceful quiet area of the city. 15 minutes walk to Ile De Nantes, 30imutes to train station, 10 minutes to centre ville. the bathroom is amazing with a spacious shower. the cooking facilities are enough to make simple meals which you can enjoy on the balcony. the bed is very comfortable and we got a great sleep! the record player is a bonus as we bought lots of new music but could also listen to Laurent's collection. there is a great Boulangerie and small super market just 1 minute walk away with a great selection of fresh food. code access to all doors is so easy and no worry about losing the keys! would stay again and recommend to friends.

We had a great time at Jérémie's. The apartment is located very close to the Jardin des Plantes so not far from the city center. It's a quiet area - no noise during the nights, even with windows open. Very comfortable, and highly recommended!
