Pour accéder à la Loire et au sentier du ruisseau des Moulins, vous emprunterez le GR 3 au départ de la maison.🌳 Vous pourrez aussi profiter des nombreuses activités estivales : vélo, canoé, balades en bateau, concerts/guinguettes...🌻

Full of charm and authenticity, it is located at the foot of the castle in a 22 ha private park with 2 ponds, woods, hiking trails, gardens and permaculture vegetable gardens. The cottage is a cocoon with a unique setting. An idyllic location in a wild nature and an estate steeped in history. Accessibility: Access by stairs. Bathroom with bathtub.

In Beaulieu-sur-Layon, we welcome you to our refurbished late 19th century gîte. In the heart of the Coteaux du Layon vineyards, 25 minutes' drive from Angers, you will find a suitable place for a bike stop (Loire à Vélo) or to discover the Anjou Noir by strolling through the vineyards or along an old railway adjoining the estate. Decorated it with Japanese furniture following our stay in Tokyo. We speak French, Dutch, English and Spanish.

This dwelling has many vintage elements, such as its hives, porch, ovens, outdoor staircase, awning... 🚶On foot, you can easily access local shops, sports fields and the Denée pond.

Charming house on the edge of the Evre. Possibility of hiking in the area and kayaking on the river. The town and its shops are very close and you have at your disposal a welcoming pool (shared with the occupants ofthe terraced house) to relax after the day's activities.
